A professional and hard working agent

Over the years we have dealt with a number of estate agents, Ferrino’s have stood out for going beyond what is expected. They bring vetted potential buyers then keep their customer update and chase down the chain to assist the processes to completion.

Excellent service from Ferrino and Partners

Ferrino were acting for the sellers of the property we eventually purchased.

Even though they weren't our estate agent, they kept us fully informed of developments and were fantastic at chasing others who were slower in responding .

When things became difficult with the chain further down the line, they were the only ones to contact us to make sure we were fully updated.

Their professionalism, excellent service and tenacity are commendable.

Thank you to the team for all your help.

THE BEST IN THE AREA.

Outstanding service from every one of the team at Ferrino in the sale of our house- supportive during every aspect and stage of the process- dedicated staff connecting with buyers, sellers and lawyers to overcome any barriers to progress the sale and ongoing purchase - going above and beyond to keep things moving. Ferrino have been way better than any agents we’ve used in the past. Top class agency at affordable prices. I lost count of the amount of times during the last 3 months that we said “Thank goodness we went with Ferrino!” As we had gotten the usual 3 quotes at the outset. Hands down- this hard working, dedicated and successful team are the best in the area. They have good relationships with relevant local businesses such as property lawyers, other agents and all in the moving business which we found helped the whole process too. We felt that other agents didn’t have the same conscientious input throughout the process, clawing in the business but lacking the backup to take it to completion- but Ferrino were the full package- and they did everything they said they would do- and more. 12 weeks from start to finish. The first viewings arranged on the same day. Out of 5 viewings we had three offers. So they were accurate with the valuation and achieved the full asking price.
I’m not a regular review writer-
But Ferrino deserves this appreciation for all they did for our house move.

Disappointed

My wife and I were interested in a particular property. So, my wife rang with a particular query on 01/07/24 and was told they would return her call and at the same time provide the information. No one came back so she rang again during the following afternoon, ie 02/07/24. She was told they would come back again. We are still waiting for the courtesy of a phone call. No way to run a business.
To reiterate, I spoke with Sally on two occasions (see above) regarding a new property in Ruspidge and I am still awaiting a reply to my query.

Fantastic experience with Ferrinos

I cannot recommend Ferrinos Estate Agents highly enough. We instructed them in the sale of our property and, coincidentally, they were the Agents instructed on the house we purchased.
Selling / buying a house is a very stressful experience and we found the Team at Ferrinos to be very professional and supportive throughout the process. We found communication with Ferrinos to be be very easy. The team are very good at managing the property chain to keep it in place and chasing solicitors to keep things moving in the right direction. Thank you Raine, Andy and the Team!

Highly recommended..Amazing service..

We can not thank the team at Ferrino enough...and would defiently recommend them...From start to end very professional..great communication...had our house sold within in a week of listing where as a previous agent got 1 viewing in 3 months....thank you soo much x once again xx

Very disappointing service.

We were very disappointed. This email exchange of 7 May tells the story. We have removed one paragraph from our email that contained a further complaint that Ferrino dispute.

Our email to Ferrino:

This email is to follow up our conversation just now.

We are on the verge of making a formal complaint about Ferrino’s performance over the past few days. The level of service we have received has been appalling and Ferrino has shown serious incompetence.

The much greater issue is Ferrino posting the wrong price on Rightmove and Zoopla. We called immediately we noticed this, on the morning of Wednesday, 5 May. The person we spoke to initially said that this was the price we had agreed to, although quickly revised that view. We emailed ***** on 5 May to ask that Ferrino ensured that neither site showed the property’s sale price having been reduced. We were/are concerned that an apparent significant drop of price within twenty four hours of the property going on the market will damage your and our credibility. It may deter people from pursuing an enquiry and it may weaken our position come a negotiation. Although the Rightmove entry was revised almost immediately, at the time of writing Zoopla is still showing a price reduction, two days after we asked for this information to be removed.

Worse than the initial mistake by Ferrino of posting the wrong price has been your subsequent action. Four times on Thursday, 6 May you emailed me to say that the Zoopla entry had been changed. One of these came even after we had said exactly where on the Zoopla website the reduction was appearing (in the listings history). We find it especially worrying that you said everyone in the office had checked the Zoopla entry. It seems extraordinary that not one person in an estate agents office knows their way around one of the most widely used property search tools on which that estate agent themselves post properties. Nor, clearly, had anyone read properly my email saying where the reduction was appearing.

We are also concerned about the lack of responsiveness to our emails on this matter. Taking up to nine hours (on Wednesday) to reply to an email on an urgent issue is not acceptable. I mention above that our emails were clearly not being read properly. You will understand that this poor communication and lack of attention to detail raises real worries for us about entrusting Ferrino with the negotiations if we get an offer.

We will not make a formal complaint as long as:

- the Zoopla site is corrected by 1530 today, Friday 7 May.

- there is a step change in the quality of your communication with us

In the meantime, please can you send us your complaints procedure?

Please can you acknowledge receipt of this email.

We hope that we will all be able to consider this moment as the one in which our relationship was reset and that are able to work together effectively in the future.

In response to your email below, I can confirm that Zoopla have assured me that they will move all history relating to your property within the next couple of hours.

On your second point regarding communication this can be subjective. As previously outlined we have a weekly and a monthly update process with email updates on bookings and viewings with relevant electronic reminders. This is our proven operating procedure. If however, you don’t feel this is the way you wish to proceed we are happy to release you immediately from the contract.
