Our experience with Fenners has been outstanding. They were highly responsive, always available to address our questions and concerns, and incredibly efficient. In particular, Cenk has been an exceptional agent.
Unlike other agencies we’ve dealt with in the past, Fenners provided a great level of service, making this our best experience by far.
I am not sure how below information will be considered faire and balanced with no preference of agency putting an offer forward:
1.In my offer I put I am flexible to go with 12months or higher contract which this has been shown to be a red flag as the landlord only wants to do 12months contract. How my offer is against landlord willingness
2. In my offer I put I am willing to pay up to 10-12 months upfront rent.
Landlord decided to go with couple to secure the rent rather than a single tenant, again the question is how my offer with willing to pay almost a full year is a concern for the landlord.
We all are doing our best to help each other and I believe it is only a matter of being faire and helpful
That is all I am hoping to be improved and I am sure there are other tenants with good experience with this agency but I am just sharing what has happened to me where I could get the right direction and I really liked the apartment.

We appreciate you feel that the process was unfair to you however comparing your offer to others without knowing the detail of the other offers is not possible.
We have put your offer to the landlord with all the details you have supplied as well as the other offers at the same time and the decision made by the landlord is not our decision.
You seem to think that your offer was declined based on the information supplied by yourself however as explained to you , we are unable to share full details of other offers with you or this would make the process unfair.
The offer accepted by the landlord was deemed to be more favourable to themselves and as explained one of the reasons was the fact the landlord preferred the ongoing security of having two tenants.
Once again we apologies your experience was not one you are happy with and we thank you for your review, our company has traded on word an mouth all this time and we understand that not everybody will be happy with the final decision of a landlord. Our policy is to pass on the offers to the landlords as they are and this is the only way to keep them fair for all applicants.

You only need to read the rave reviews by other clients to know how professional these agents are. They were exceptionally helpful in all respects especially responding to our requests to see the property a number of times, meeting us on time, every time. We had a number of requests that they communicated to the landlord and which were done for us. The admin flowed exceptionally smoothly with absolutely zero hassle…that can only be achieved when the agents know precisely what needs to be done. Finally, the inventory check and the keys to a spotlessly clean flat were handed over to us. Thank you for the first class service.
