FEND group DSC Purchased a car from unit 4 iddenshall…

Purchased a car from unit 4 iddenshall farm tarporly CW60EG The company name is parks motor group ltd. Named on invoice. Owner is Dylan Craig Parkins. Advertises on face book under Adams cars as well. I purchased a car and was conned to pay via BACS. He does this o you cant dispute with bank. Took 6 weeks t oget the car .He was paid £8000 for the car and £350 for delivery to ferry, dylan lies constantly. Did not make delivery and we had to travel on ferry to liverpool and then chester to get the vehicle. Car was in a disgraceful state. Had a n mot but no abs, no spare wheel. Yes a new mot?? Kept v5. There are an additional 15 faults. He opens and closes companies at will. He is not permitted to use parks motor group yet we have invoice in that name Check companies house. Worst experience of my life. He wont return the delivery payment, v5 or honour 30 day warranty which is a joke.. Keeps promising to pay 4 weeks now . Runs FEND group ltd also many complaints there. AVOID dylan craig parkins and dont buy any cars. Dont send BACS under any circumstances. Currently operating under this address but also uses sink security. Fend Group and a few others. Have proof.

CCTV Installed and never worked

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - ALSO TRADES AS FEND
CCTV Installed and never worked - still not turned up to sort 4 months later every time we speak to him he says he will come later that day, we wait in and he doesn't turn up or answer the phone. Very frustrating. Shabby work with bits left all over the place after the install (inside & outside). When the install was done i said i wanted to see the CCTV working before we paid but he said he will come back and sort it the next day but needed paying the full amount right away. What was more shocking is they stayed outside our house in the van waiting until a payment was made leaving us feeling intimidated into paying. As soon as the payment was received we never seen Dylan again which we said would happen and which at first is why we only wanted to pay the 50% until all was sorted. Not happy at all.

Took 2k and never showed with the goods or refunded the money

We ordered a garage door, a main door and a security system and, installation of those three in Dec 24. We paid £2,200 deposit immediately. This then followed by Mr Dylan (the company director) arranging to deliver the goods and install on 8 separate occassions, with no show, no communication of any kind. Mr Dylan answers the telephone for the most part, sounds polite, each time making a different excuse which prompts you to give him another chance but still continues to be a no-show with the next date arranged. After 2 months of this we asked for a refund via email which Mr Dylan has ignored and has no intention to pay back. Please do not use this company.

Edit: Mr Dylan your reply is a total lie as everything has been from placing our order. In fact, our bank has investigated this matter, found you fraudulent and, refunded us the £2,200 spent. I have an official letter from the bank dated couple of days ago.

Avoid

Paid for complete new cctv system. Got messed about with the install. Finally got it all installed after weeks of no shows. Now he's gone ghost and he's not left any of the login info for our cctv system so it's completely unusable. And what's worse is this is at a children's charity centre. Iv emailed, called. Text. Spoke on phone. Now he's just ignoring all communication. Will be seeking advice from traiding standards.

Ordered a garage door

Ordered a garage door, a good price was agreed, and the deposit was paid, thankfully on a card. My bank flagged the company/bank account as high-risk. Agreed on an install date and failed to turn up on 5 separate occasions and a constant chain of excuses as to why they did not show.
Requested a refund and two weeks in, still waiting.
As with the other reviews, one to avoid.

Terrible customer service from start to…

Terrible customer service from start to not even finished!
Turning up without correct parts to do the job, excuse after excuse of sheer poor customer service and workmanship.
5 wks we have been chasing these jokers to come finish a job! Huge gap left over the top of the door seeing straight into garage...poor advice from fitter on best way to fit the door, part still missing, stupidity of husband paid them before the job was finished...he wonders why they aren't coming back fixing the mess!
AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Wouldnt Recommend!

I wont use 'Fend Group Ltd' again. They asked for a payment via bank transfer upfront - I promptly paid When it came to the booking date, no one turned up, had a message to say he was running late. At 7pm, I chased and they said they coudnt make it. They then said they cant do Sunday as its only for emergencies and they would do monday - same again - no one showed up. I started chasing and they responded with they cant make it. We agreed a refund because they couldnt not carry out the service I paid for in time. Has been 4 weeks, no response and no refund. Poor communication Poor attitude Poor service Promised callbacks were never done Unreliable 11/10 - Currently no refund of £470 (will update review if/when refunded).

As for the response all my calls are recorded and I have evidence confirming. I placed the order because it must be done before the holiday, we booked a date/time that wasnt attended and you agreed to the refund on the 16 September. I can send this to you if required?

When you get back from holiday you was going to call us to arrange delivery of your item no mentioning of a refund from our side we have your order sat in our office today, please give as a message or a call so we can get your issue resolved as soon as possible, kind regards
