Smooth auction, prompt delivery from the UK to USA, the peridot/diamond stickpin was exactly as listing on the auction site, this was a first time buying experience and it went very well.

First time I've bought from Fellows, but will happily buy from them again. Great comms and, whilst their in house P&P charges weren't the cheapest, my package was well packed and arrived the next day excellent.

Great service but could have been outstanding if despatch and delivery was 3 or 4 day sooner.
I thought the auction and buying service was great, it was smooth and fun.
I have no understanding of how their despatch and delivery service runs but I was slightly concerned about the delay in dispatching my item, it was delivered in exactly 7 days, I was expecting it overnight or at least within a couple of days. Apart from that, I was very happy.
