One of the worst online shopping experiences I have had.

I placed Order #1219 and then spent weeks trying to determine whether it would ever be fulfilled. Despite emailing the company's support address multiple times, I received no response, no shipping update, and no indication that anyone was monitoring customer inquiries.

What finally got a response was publicly commenting on the company's Instagram posts and disputing the charge with my credit card company. Only then did the company acknowledge my order and provide any meaningful communication, but they continued to pretend that I had never emailed them despite proof and that they were always being cooperative about my order.

The issue certainly wasn't low inventory or that they were out of stock since they supposedly shipped the item immediately after I placed the chargeback and they were notified of it. The issue is charging customers, failing to respond to repeated inquiries, and leaving them with no information until they escalate the matter publicly. Even more concerning, the company publicly claimed it could not identify me or my order despite the fact that a valid order existed. Of course, they blocked me on instagram and deleted all comments, but I did screenshot them so be sure to keep records of all of your communication.

Don't bother ordering from this company, it's not worth the runaround and hassle or having to place a chargeback with your credit card company.

Based on my experience, I would never purchase from Felipe Albernaz again.

This is a scam company -- do not buy! I would give zero stars if I could.

This is essentially my last attempt to get ahold of a representative lol I have sent several emails, just trying to get ahold of someone, but whoever is in charge of customer service is some form of incompetent. I ordered something around 2 weeks ago, which the website says to allow up to around 3 days for shipping, and there have been 0 updates on my order. All I have needed is an update, as I’ve never ordered from FA, but have been ignored into today. Happy to change this review if someone touches base with me and my order is fulfilled, but at this point 100% do not place an order as it seems you’re unlikely to receive something you’ve spend hundreds of dollars on.

Edit: I disputed the charge with my credit card company and only then without a response to any of my inquiries did they ship out my items. I asked them to not do so as I had already purchased replacements and was no longer interested in shopping with them. Items look great online but I will not be doing a review of them.

Attempted to buy an item online, but received an error message when making a payment. Assuming it was just a momentary glitch, I tried again 4 more times, during different times of the evening, but was never able to complete the transaction. The following week, I saw that this company had fraudulently taken payment 5 times for goods that were never ordered. Emailed to inform them, but no response, therefore have begun proceedings through my bank to report this company as fraudulent. NEVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. Edited: 3 March 2020 - Only today have I received communication from this company, requesting that I correct or delete my review as apparently this was an issue with a payment gateway and has been rectified. I did receive my money back through my bank, but never received any kind of written communication about this issue from Felipe Albernaz until today. My review still stands and I am even more shocked that almost 5 months later, I am being asked to change my review, having not had any previous apology from this company!
