AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
I placed an order with Felinfach as a gift for a dear friend. I always try to make sure that postage is tracked and signed for.
I never received the parcel. This wasn't Felin Fach's fault. Parcel Force hadn't got a signature or left it with a neighbour. There was just a card on the floor that stated 'blue bin'. We had a few parcels on order so needed to do quite a bit of detective work to find out which parcel it was. Parcelforce were lovely. They apologised that protocol hadn't been followed and I was advised to let the company I purchased the goods from know. As a buyer I couldn't claim. I did make a complaint.
I sent them a very friendly email, explaining everything that had happened. I got a very short, abrupt reply from Jeffrey.
Mistakes happen, things go wrong but I judge a company by how it handles problems, how it treats their customers.
I was sent an email to review one of the items in my order that I hadn't received. I said I'd wait and could Jeffrey keep me updated. I think I got 5 or 6 words from Jeffrey.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
I've had no apology, not been kept upto date or given any information on what stage they're at. I'm being treated appallingly. I would never buy from them again. I'd please ask you to seriously think twice before you part your hard earned money with them.
Any negative reviews by a so called 3rd party are simply removed!!!
