I had a terrible experience with… Unreliable Service and Last-Minute Cancellations – Avoid!
I had a terrible experience with Feestwinkel XL. I ordered a costume 23/2/2025 for Carnival, expecting it to arrive 26/02/2025 on time. Instead, on the very day I was supposed to receive my order 26/02, I got an email late afternoon saying it was canceled due to the item being unavailable. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
They should have informed me much earlier, not at the last minute when it was too late to make alternative plans. Now, I have to wait 1 to 3 business days for a refund, while Carnival is in just two days. I already bought accessories specifically for this costume, and now I have no time or money to get a replacement. Their only solution? A 20% discount on a new order—when I don’t even have my money back yet!
This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and the poor customer service has made it even worse. I would not recommend ordering from them if you need something on time or expect reliable service.
