Simply put, i would not be moving house without her.
I was beyond nervous getting another estate agent after two bad experiences. Sian at feeneys put us at ease straight away. Very reasonably priced, no sale no fees, no complicated contracts, one fixed price no messing.
Always kept her appointments, always on time, always responds to messeges asap and is there for your dramas at all times.
We knew we had hit the jackpot with her straight away, I just trusted her completely to have my back, she sold our house the first day, to the first viewer and even got the price up with a little bidding war (we had tried to sell twice before and been on a year unsuccessfully)
We have relocated 300 miles away and there has been issues along the way with solicitors causing delays, resulting in me living in my car for 2 months trying to balance a new job and accommodation.
It has been the worst time of my life on my own without my husband, house and essentials, I have been over dramatic, exhausted and a total emotional mess.
Without sian I would not have exchanged contracts yesterday and be moving into our new cottage. Everytime I was down she picked me back up, I was packing up and coming home to my husband when she said enough is enough and went above and beyond, tracking down every single person in the chain, and basically kicking ass like a super hero, she did the solicitors and other estate agents jobs for them, forcing them to communicate with each other.
Sian is amazing at what she does & completely dedicated, she literally put 4 other estate agents in the chain to shame and their solicitors.
You can not move house without her.
