Terrible Costumer Service
I have to write yet another review since my emails have been ignored. I purchased a makeup product (FN71386169) from this company, and I am extremely disappointed with the shade I received. I'm not sure if they sent me the wrong shade or if their product images are simply inaccurate, because the shade doesn't match AT ALL. But what frustrates me the most is the rude and unhelpful (little) response I received from their customer service team.
It's company's duty to provide accurate product representation and take responsibility for any mistakes made, that is NOT my responsibility as the costumer. Their response of "there's nothing we can do" is an unacceptable and dismissive.
Seeing others reviews like mine makes me understand how this business is neglecting its customers and refusing to take responsibility for their actions. Not buying from it again...
Btw my order was in July 1st and still have no resolution for the mistake.

Great selection of products and good customer service

Ordered a lovely terre d’Hermes au givree gift set for myself which is gorgeous and some colour Wow style on steroid spray which is great for curling my hair.

Dont buy from this Company - customer service non existent. I received damaged goods (glass was broken and product had leaked out of container). I had bought two but only one was damaged so was looking for 1 to be replaced. I sent an email looking for replacement or refund and I am still waiting for response.

I really miss when this was FEELUNIQUE.
Ever since Sephora took over, the customer service and the company have been a complete nightmare. When parcels get lost, is it the customers fault ? You ban accounts instead and tell us that it’s been delivered and you’re sure of it. My parcel was damaged and opened and even sent a picture of it, to which they replied ‘after thorough investigation, this parcel was delivered and we will not be giving a refund’
Wth is that ? You can see from countless reviews that they are a terrible company and the only reason they’re getting hype is because of social media.
Please read other reviewers too who also suffer this issue.
Once you have ordered and it doesn’t arrive .. they don’t do anything

Another reviewer said they literally will give your order to anyone and not claim any responsibility for losing your package. THIS IS TRUE. I sent an email and they replied saying they are "satisfied" my order has been delivered. What does that even mean? They are satisfied my order went to the wrong person? However, they want me to go through my credit card company and "happy to assist" with the claim there? This makes no sense. Why wouldn't you simply help us all save time and trouble for refunding me for the missing order? As it stands, I cannot recommend this company. If they contact me, I will update the review if a resolution is found.

What happened to Feelunique?! I was a loyal customer for last 8 years, spent a lot of money, never an issue.
Almost 2 weeks ago i received an info my order was delivered, except it was not. I don’t know what to do, when contacted them i got a message a week ago saying it was delivered, no other info. I tried multiple messages for a WEEK now- nobody reaponds, i feel like a lot of money are gone and there is NO CUSTOMER service. I am desperate at this point, this is unacceptable. Especially to treat a loyal customer this way. How can i complain or escalate it so someone helps me?!

The absolute worst shopping experience…
The absolute worst shopping experience I’ve ever had! They lost TWICE my order, I couldn’t get in touch with them, they couldn’t even inform me basic information such as the courier they work with in Athens! So after almost two months that they couldn’t assist with anything I got in touch with Sephora informing them over IG and their response was “Parcels get lost”. Of course I requested a full refund after that which I’m still waiting!! NEVER AGAIN.

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Ordered 2 x 180 tablet bottles of magnesium, and was sent 2 x 120 tablet bottles. Emailed multiple times to advise that I am 120 tablets short of my original order - NO RESPONSE. Will never use this company again.

I placed the order on 12/07/2023. Then I got an email from Evri that they have got my parcel. I was waiting for about 2 weeks but there are no movements in the shipping history. I wrote to support three times, but did not receive an answer. Terrible service!

Disastrous Experience with Feelunique - Zero Customer Support
recently had the unfortunate experience of placing an order with Feelunique, and I must say, it has been nothing short of a nightmare. I've been a loyal customer for some time, but this recent order has shattered my trust in this company due to their appalling customer support.
Firstly, I placed an order worth 198,33€, which was supposed to be delivered via tracked delivery. However, to my dismay, I never received any tracking information. The lack of a tracking link left me clueless about the status of my order, and as the usual delivery time passed, I grew increasingly concerned.
In the past, Feelunique had been known for their reliable delivery service, but this time, I couldn't believe what I was experiencing. The absence of any response to my multiple emails was shocking. I tried reaching out through various channels, both via email and through their website, but it seemed like my pleas were falling on deaf ears.
Adding to the frustration, the tracking link provided led to nowhere. I attempted to track the package via FedEx, but the link was either incorrect or non-functional. This added insult to injury, leaving me feeling helpless and deceived.
At this point, I'm genuinely questioning whether I've fallen victim to a scam. The lack of communication and support from Feelunique has left me deeply disappointed and distrustful of their services. It's disheartening to see a company that once prided itself on excellent customer service take such a nosedive.
I strongly advise against using Feelunique in its current state. It's evident that they are no longer the reliable company they once were. If my order is languishing in some warehouse in this sweltering heat, I can only imagine what condition it will arrive in, if at all.
To add insult to injury, my card was debited promptly, yet I haven't received any confirmation of my order, let alone the actual products. It's an unacceptable level of service, and I urge others to stay away to avoid a similar harrowing experience.
In conclusion, my recent encounter with Feelunique has been nothing short of a disaster. Their abysmal customer support, lack of communication, and broken promises have shattered my trust in their brand. As a long-time customer, I had expected better, but it seems that the new Feelunique is a far cry from the reputable company it once was. Avoid this company at all costs!

Such bad service.
Don't buy anything from their website, their packaging is very shoddy and they refuse to take responsibility for any problems with the package for any reason!
After I purchased two broken bottles of perfume they refused to take care of anything, my order number is FN72103748, first of all their customer service is very difficult to contact, it took me many days to get in touch with them, and then they kept on stalling and finally refused to take responsibility for it, it's a total scam company!

I had trouble adding certain items to my order, so reached out to the customer service team on facebook. I was put in touch with a staff member called Rebecca who was absolutely fantastic went above and beyond to explain certain things and took extra time when helping me choose. Where is my order???
Wow. I wish I saw these reviews before placing my first order for €295… As of now my situation is the same as for other people: my parcel was received by Evri and FastWay but of course these’s “No tracking events found for” when I type my tracking number.
It’s been like that for 2 days. I will update my review once I receive my order in promised 2-3 business days. I’ve ordered Gucci A Reason to Love perfume.
EDIT: nothing changed, it’s been 4 days since my parcel was received by Evri International. No tracking information available.
EDIT: My delivey is set for today but… that’s not my name in the email from Fast Way. Rashmitha Prabhakar - whoever you are girl, I’ll either receive your order today or HOPEFULLY this is just a mistake.

Poor customer service
I've ordered from Feelunique multiple times and never had to contact their customer service, as everything has been fine. This time, things went wrong as i have not received my item that should have been delivered, and I've found very difficult to get in touch with the customer service. I've received one email in response to my claim a week ago, then nothing to indicate next steps and what I can do to get a refund or replacement for my item. I'll have to keep chasing and call them but it shouldn't be so difficult, they should just invest more in their customer service.
Update 24 hrs later - issue sorted and replacement received (all in one day). Customer service works well following an escalation, this shouldn't be needed but I've appreciated the fast response.
