Used the Chat function to get help redirect my parcel and the advisor was very efficient and helpful. 1 star taken off because I had problems getting through and was cut off 3 times but good when I got through

Continuous Broken palettes

I’m having terrible issues with packages arriving and the contents inside broken. Anyone else experiencing this?

Bad customer service, missing parcels and struggle to get refunds

In December I made two orders and they both were lost. Eventually they were re-sent and lost again and I had to really struggle to get hold of anyone for a refund. Now this month (February) my partner ordered me some items from this site and as I expected neither arrived. They stated they were waiting for Evri to send them back the parcels before they would refund me but I’ve heard no update in a week and been ignored multiple times when trying to ask about my refund. The customer service is some of the worst I’ve dealt with and you likely won’t receive your order or a refund. The situation is shameful on Feelunique/Sephora UK’s end and when a business is run this poorly with atleast 6 other UK competitors doing things 1000x better there is just little to no reason to use this site. So disappointed

Great service

Great service, I always order from them. They have some rude customer service. One just disconnected from the chat....
One parcel was lost, they immediately sent the other one, this is great and quick.
They could definitely do more for their VIP clients.

Waiting for my order month and a half

On 4th January I made order total 91,80 EUR (subtotal 105,90 EUR with discount 12,37 EUR).
I received my order on 15th February. One and a half month after my order.
I had multiply conversation with Feelunique about my lost order and clearly stated that I am not interested for refund. I wanted those products. On 3rd February I asked again about my order and then I received email that some of the items are now out of stock and that those items are refunded, and the remaining items are in stock and will be despatched soon. Those “out of stock” items are not out of stock because I bought RMS set “Shine + define collection” but all products in this set can be purchased separately. Considering the fact that I was waiting for my order month and a half this is minimum what they could done. I even didn’t receive free examples that were part of my initial order. And I didn’t even receive any discount code or even free shipping for my next order. I have to say that this was very bad and unfair experience.

Great Experience 👍

Even after the amount of negative reviews I noticed how the website would reach out to the people and decided to give a chance. The shipping and information feed was super good, fast and the product came within 10 days which was in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend ordering from there as MY experience was perfect! 10/10 will order again!

Possible Fake Product

I purchased two perfumes (Versace Eros EDT and Aqua Di Gio Profumo) from their store as a first timer. In all fairness to them, Versace Eros met my expectations as I had used it previously.

However, Aqua Di Gio Profumo smelt entirely different from what I had always known. In fact, it got to a point where I felt like puking due to its horrendous and foul smell.

They just delivered it yesterday as it took them 10 days, and all efforts towards returning it have proven abortive.

I don't even want a refund. I could swap it with another Versace eros and part ways with them, since that's the only one that has met my expectation

Received the email that order has been dispatched. Haven’t received my parcel, spent more than hour on customer care and finally they told my order has been lost. So rubbish service and never again. I was a customer for 6 years no apologies no emails with updates, gooddbbyyeeeee
