Feel good contacts very good

I have added another review as I'm unable to amend my first review. I gave 3 stars earlier this was towards Evri not Feel good contacts.
Always had a great experience never had a problem until Evri's delivery.

FGC deleted my comment after a bad review

I'm writing another review as feel good contact deleted my comment.
First, i'd like to say that i'd loved FGC for the last few year, they have been on point for most of their order.
But for orders to France, their delivery fees have been by default set to the DHL express (23€) with no other option available. I've ordered few days ago and my order hasn't been sent yet.
So basically, you guys have increased the delivery fees for no reason, and orders are not even shipped on time.
I will now go back to local optical centers.

UPDATE : after calling their customer service (they hang up on me) and sending them an email, they’ve asked me to pay a supplement of 18.06€
So basically I’ll have to pay 40€ for delivery
Thanks FGC, this is my last order with you.

Dismal service - contacts never received

I have been a regular customer of Feel Good Contacts for years and never had any issues until my last order. I recently moved to France and placed an order for contact lenses on 20th October. The order was supposedly shipped to France on 21st October. I have still NOT received my contacts despite trying to contact the company by email and phone. They do not answer the phone and do not respond to emails. The local courier company that they use here does not have the goods. The customer service of Feel Good Contacts in France is non-existent! I even tried to contact their UK team and again no response. I am now almost 200 Euros out of pocket and still have not received the goods I paid for. I am absolutely disgusted by the total disregard that this company has for its customers. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to waste your time and money! It's been an incredibly frustrating and costly experience and I will be escalating this issue.

Extremely poor delivery service

Extremely poor delivery service. Feel Good Contacts use Colis Privé who are pretty useless. They delivered our first order to the wrong address on the other side of the valley and we had to drive over to pick it up. We placed another order and called Colis Privé to make sure they would deliver to the correct address. They assured us that they would but nope, our order ended up back over the other side of the valley. Feel Good Contacts customer service is non existent/generic “check with your neighbour or key holder” nonsense. Won’t be using FGC again.

Un cadeau de bienvenue qui me rend fou.

J'ai commandé des produits pour un montant total de 71 euros, en m'assurant que la livraison serait gratuite. Comme c'était ma première commande, j'ai bénéficié d'une remise de bienvenue de 10 %. Cela a ramené le montant que je devais payer sous le seuil de la livraison gratuite. La commande a été passée sans que l'on me signale que le seuil de livraison gratuite n'était plus atteint. Après avoir attendu une semaine en vain que mes produits arrivent, j'ai contacté Feel Good Contacts et on m'a dit que je devais payer moi-même les frais de livraison. Vous parlez d'un accueil chaleureux. Pas du tout ! J'ai annulé la commande et j'irai faire mes achats ailleurs.

I ordered products for a total of 71 euros, making sure I would receive free delivery. Because it was my first order I was given a 10% welcome discount. This brought the amount I had to pay below the free delivery threshold. The order went through though without a warning that the free delivery threshold was no longer attained. After waiting a week in vain for my products to arrive I contacted Feel Good Contacts and was only then told I had to pay the delivery charge myself. Talk about being made to feel welcome. Not! I cancelled the order and I will take my business elsewhere.

Spoke to Zoe this morning

Spoke to Zoe this morning. I am not in the first flush of youth and needed advice. She kindly spent in excess of 15 minutes explaining in detail how it all worked. Although she was unable to help me at this time, due to my lack of a prescription she ensured that I understood fully how to move forward. I will certainly contact her again when I have all the information required. Thank you so much Zoe for taking the time to help an old slightly confused guy. Rog

9 days after receiving an email that the contacts have been sent, I've still not received the package and the tracking number doesn't work. But the client service centre did quickly reply to my enquiry to say that this is due to Brexit...
