I love how my products come the very next day. And I don’t need to be home when they arrive, fit nicely through the letter box (I only get contacts). Just something to be aware about the extra gift (Haribo’s), they have gelatine in them so I always have to throw them away, I love the pens I used to get as an extra gift though.

Let Down By Royal Mail
Found website had my exact prescription & could use my Blue Light Card. Let down by not Next Day Delivery & on date stated on ordering.
I had box delivered by Royal Mail who did not follow instructions at time of ordering & entering on their Royal Mail Tracking. LEAVE IN PARCEL BOX & DONT KNOCK ON DOOR.
Watched postie struggle to put in letter box then he tried to pull back as forgot a photo.
As I had brand new door/letter box & dogs who would destroy box my instructions I did not want letter box damaged or £100 lenses.
