£5k order remains undelivered and communication has stopped.

After being sent samples, we ordered over £5000 worth of stock from this company, which they claim to have shipped, however the goods never arrived. It has now been more than 6 months after the order (the delivery terms were 45 days).

When reporting this to them, they initially said it is stuck in customs, but they have now stopped responding, we have contacted a litigation lawyer to help retrieve our money.
