Would give zero stars if possible

Would give zero stars if possible. I orders paper from a paper company. How on earth is it that the packaging looks like it was dragged along the asphalt through its entire journey and the packaging around the reams of paper inside? Completely torn up. I dont care how fast they might deliver something. I wish companies would stop using them so that the stuff I receive doesn't get destroyed in the process

This is the third time a FedEx package…

This is the third time a FedEx package was not delivered to me. Nobody knows where the package is and all the responsibility was put on me to contact the shipper. I can see something happening one time but this is the third time. I don’t know where my packages are who got them or anything about them other than I did didn’t receive them. Don’t use FedEx if you can avoid it.

Fedex client service sucks

Their bot is bad and does things that fedex doesnt even allow like programming pickups in off days for them and is extremely hard to reach a human. When you reach the human, they are rude and condescending. Would never recommend fedex

FedEx is the worst shipping company.

FedEx is the worst shipping company.
They throw your boxes around and turn them every which way except the way they're supposed to be handled. When a box clearly has Target tape and markings showing which side should face up, common sense says the box should remain upright—not be turned on its side or upside down.
I had a box containing more than 20 items, and every single item was damaged because of how FedEx handled the package. Holding onto customers' packages for more than seven days is also ridiculous. As of today, FedEx is still holding one of my packages, and tomorrow will make eight days.
I previously had a package from Target that FedEx never delivered because they damaged the items during transit. As a result, Target had to replace everything in the shipment. Then Target turned right around and used FedEx's poor shipping service again for the replacement order.
After multiple damaged packages, delayed deliveries, and ongoing shipping issues, my experience with both companies has been extremely disappointing.
No to FedEx, and no to Target. I do not recommend either one.

One star service every single time

Day after day the tell me my package is arriving today. They even supply the name of the driver on the tracking screen. Five drivers names over five days and not a package in sight. I guess every one of those five drivers decided to leave it on the truck for the next day and nobody cares. Or maybe the have no idea where it is and don't want to admit that. So much for paying for a guaranteed delivery date.

Always late, estimates always wrong

Every time I’ve gotten a package from FedEx it has been late. I’ve called them to talk to them about it and they say oh yeah the estimated delivery time was 11 to 3 I said, but it came at 6 PM and I waited here for four hours for delivery. They said well that doesn’t matter because Iris is only an estimated time. But their estimate is wrong every time. I have a package that is estimated to arrive today between 11 and three. It is now 11 AM and the package is still in California and I am in Texas. You were thinking today’s day and age of artificial intelligence, etc. that FedEx could update their estimates in real time. Well, the fact is they can, they just don’t care as it’s obvious by 51,000 people giving them one star on trust pilot. This is why I never use FedEx to send anything. But often times I have no control when receiving items.

Purchased an item through Lowe's for…

Purchased an item through Lowe's for delivery. In this case Lowe's utilized FedEx for shipping. Once item was "delivered", they sent a picture of the package on a porch. Not my porch, but a porch. I filed a claim and they said it would be about 3 days. Once the 3 days went by, they closed the claim and said it was delivered. Again, same picture of package on the same porch. I have never had any luck with FedEx. I returned to Lowe's and they made it right. Fedex has some serious leadership issues.

Late/lost

Lost my firearm they said it’s on the way but can’t tell me where it’s at but it’s on a truck i use my tracking number still shows the same spot for past 3 days while it was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago it is still about 700 miles away ish. I keep getting the run around. They say just give it ten days to be fixed and if not by they call back to get it shipped again. Then told two other things that made no sense. If it’s important and needs to be on time go with someone else.

Our local Fed ex is very bad

Our local Fed ex is very bad. In the past 2 weeks they have supposedly lost or they couldn't deliver so they dropped 2 off at a pick up location. Then several they sent back

This has happened so many times I've lost count. I had a package a large package suppose to been delivered yesterday no update nothing. I don't understand why this keeps happening

Horrible Deliveryman

Your company might as well stop home service deliveries if they’re not going to deliver at all.
What do you mean that I paid for a home delivery from another state, and the rider is telling me he can’t come to my home address because of insecurity, and wants me to meet him halfway at his own convenience.
Why would I have to pay for a service and receive such shitty treatment.
I was even willing to compromise but he wanted none of that.
Your company staff are rude and do not know how to work.
Do better !!!

Delivery driver error

Package not delivered even though the package was on the truck for delivery driver mistake so I call customer service and talk to three supervisors with no help and no package FedEx ground delivery sucks.

Package was out for delivery supposedly…


Package was out for delivery supposedly all day never made it to the house.

It’s alive animals, and they cannot make it for a long period of time sitting around.

Very disappointed, terrible service. This is not the first time.

FedEx is terrible!

If I could Give FedEx ground less then 1 star I would. Absolutely terrible! I manage a co-warehouse with 30+ companies who count on fedex to pick their packages daily. FedEx has recently not been picking up. I call the Tempe AZ FedEx warehouse and they just say “they will be there tonight”. I have stayed for hours waiting on them and they don’t show up. They could care less!

Broken product

Broken product. And it was alcohol so you had to have known it was broken. Also took a lot longer than the shipping company had advised it was going to take.

Not happy with delivery performance.

Not happy with delivery performance.
I had told the shipper that I didn't want to use FedEx because of past problems but was ignored. This is the note I sent to FedEx after wasting all day waiting for a package that required a signature.
"Where the hell is it (my package)? First you said delivery would be 10:30 to 2:30. Then that was changed to "day's end." whatever that means. Now it's almost 8 pm and still no sign of it. And the links on your email and website to "manage" delivery and get updates don't work. I'm not impressed, at all. I told the shipper I wished they had used a different company, and once again, I'm getting the same treatment. Next time, I'll tell them different shipper or no deal.

Couldn't get through to a human at…

Couldn't get through to a human at customer service, and I tried for over an hour.
Tracking is obviously wrong or something because I was suppose to have a delivery arrive by 1:40 and at 1:50 a Fedex truck pulled up right in front of my house (which was almost great), BUT the driver got out of his van for a few seconds then got back in and left. If its not out for delivery why say it should be delivered by a certain time?? The virtual assistant messaging on their website removed me from the queue twice right as I waited for an hour and I was so close at only 2nd in the queue both times. I tried calling customer service twice and the automated voice refused to put me through to a representative no matter what I said.
I understand there is probably a logical explanation for the package not being delivered at its estimated time, what frustrates me is I could not get a hold of anyone to give me an explanation and answer my questions no matter what I did.
...Still no package at this time.
