Terrible place to work

Terrible place to work. Managers are nice to you in person but think they own your time. They talk about automation but the reality is the organisation is stuck with sub-optimal systems which you have to work around using manual excel spreadsheets.Ridiculous amounts of time are spent on fixing bugs whilst the company has unrealistic profit targets. You will be expected to be involved in anything and everything including sending post and yet they will have the audacity to question your commitment. Avoid this place like the plague
