Absolute joke of company SCAM
Do not use this company they take all the money you are entitled too even if it’s under £100 they think ok to give you £15 for the money your entitled too and when you ask them to consider your family as in 3 young kids they say sorry nothing can change now you get £15 when your actually meant to get £91 absolute scam DO NOT use this company at all if you want to get anything back at all

The FSA should ban this business as they take your tax refund, take over 50% and delay paying it to you! Not even my signature on the agreement! Please investigate this company ASAP as they are ruining lives

We responded to your complaint in July 2024 and explained that our services had been engaged on 2 separate occasions; firstly in March 2024 which resulted in a refund be paid to you the following month, and you signed up with us again in May 2024.
Details of how and when you signed up with us were sent with the complaint resolution, as well as copies of the call recordings when you called us, which disproved your allegation that you had never heard of FTR.
Our contingency fees are charged in line with T&C agreed to and cheques are processed as soon as possible when they are received, although they can sometimes take up to 6 weeks to reach us when they are issued by HMRC.
