Fastfit long Eaton , yesterday was my second time to look for their help , this time is Full service, they are professional and good service as well ! Love it

Unethical and incompetent. Please avoid fastfit basingstoke. I had a engine change in my car. I gave my car to these guys to troubleshoot and start. They hold the car for 2 months and simply did nothing. Also for doing nothing in the car. They want me to pay for their time they touched my car. They dont feel to put the number plate back while giving the car back. Very very disappointed.

Fast Fit Autocentre - Long Eaton. Leon and Adam were wonderful when they helped me on 31/3/25. I was stranded 50 miles from home. Limped my car to a nearby national company who showed no interest in me or my situation because they were busy! I had spotted Tyre King very close by so went there. They did not have my trye in stock so called Leon. Leon arrived but did not have my tyre. Leon made countless calls to track one down. When he did, he went to collect it and brought it to me. Everything was done with a smile and with a lot of reassurance. Fantastic customer service. Thank you.

Just been to the branch in Sawley again. Ran by absolute legends and they've been nothing but accommodating to me and my family Couldnt ask for a more fairly priced place with a knowledgeable bunch of lads. I wish I could give 6 stars instead of 5.

Shame on you, Needed my brakes done, charge £68 good value i thought, So Booked it, took it in Merc A class W168, not in there more than 2 mins when i was called in , They said i need new disks new brakes and a new left caliper, total £370, i did not have the cash, so they put it back together, decided to do the job myself oreded a new caliper £30 new disks £40 new brakes £20, went to take the tyres off they were done up so tight we could not undo them it took 3 days to get them loose( what if i had a flat tyre how would i ever be able to change it) 270nm recommended any got the old caliper off on left only to find that there is nothing wrong with all the seals were fine left hand disk needed changing right was still good but i did both
i just wounder why instead of sending me back out in a car with grinding brekes you did not just do what needed doing ie brakes and disks. no you had to be greedy and as a result you got nothing

Great place and honest. No upsell just good old customer service
