Used this company for about 10 years and I’ve never had a problem with them!
I pay via PayPal which keeps everything nice and safe and secure.
Customer services are brilliant also super friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble for them.
Fast shipping too!

I have told the company rep who called me by phone at least 3 times that my payment was taken from my bank by their company but I never received the order.
They hang up on me and say they will call me back to resolve the issue but never do.
This has been going on for 4 months with no resolution in sight.
So they have stolen my money.
This company CANNOT be trusted

I have used this company for many years and their service is impeccable. I have always received my orders within a reasonably expected time, the customer service has been responsive and have always resolved any questions I may have had. I always refer my friends and family to at the very least inquire about the substantial saving they could have by purchasing products here.

I wish it was possible to rate 0. After waiting 4 weeks for my order I have still not received anything or any updates. Everytime I have contacted support they have said there is a backlog and to wait 1 more week. Still received nothing. First and last time I will use them.

Please read my review if you have any doubts or concerns about ordering on this website********** I have used them for years and always received my orders exactly as ordered. In the past though I did have problems with my credit card being breached so unfortunately I had to stop ordering. I did use the e-check method once, but it took longer. They listened to my concerns and offered me the option to use PayPal. Well that did it. The order went through very easily. They are easy to get ahold of and the chat works great. They are very nice too. I just placed an order today, it was large enough for free shipping. I expect to receive my order as I always have within three weeks. If I do not get it or have any problems I will come back here and update this review.

Before deciding to place order, I, of course, went to trustpilot to read reviews, especially negative.

Anyway, I decided to take a risk with a small order. My bank allows to freeze bank card on Internet transactions. So after reading about unauthorized charges, I just freezed my card(actually, I keep my card frozen at all times for Internet transactions, just unfreeze seconds before placing orders), and placed order with frozen card.
Later, got letter, that CC failed etc. and was offered to pay in e-check or PayPal. As I am not from US, so PayPal was perfect choice, as I could get money back within 6 months.
So, I paid with PayPal, got confirmation email.
Well, after about 3 months, I got nothing. But here starts an interesting part of story. I emailed them, and got response very quickly, maybe in hours. They send me tracking number. I've checked that number, and you know what - order was shown as delivered, on official site ( RoyalMail in UK, in my case). I started digging deeper, and found, RoyalMail TOOK PHOTO of parcel being delivered. Nobody was at home at that moment, and parcel was left in mailbox. Fact was, someone most likely stole it. As I DID recognize mailbox, house etc. So parcel was really delivered. I was in hospital for few days at that period. Parcel just got... disappeared from mailbox. It, sadly, happens.

Because of that photo, I've decided to place another order, bigger at this time. Again got email about payment options, paid by PayPal.
And.... I got parcel in about 2 weeks!! Everything what I ordered was in place, nothing missing!

Really mixed feelings after reading negative reviews. Maybe I was lucky? And I believe those negative reviews. Anyway, personally I got my order, so... will place another order, when I need it.

I can always update review, if something goes wrong.

For new customers, I could suggest enter incorrect CC numbers, and then pay with e-check or PayPal, which are really secure.

I had fraud charges on the card I used and the card had not been used anywhere else. Please do yourself a favor and don't order from here anymore.

I have ordered from this company for several years without issues. My most recent order I was sent an email saying the payment was not processed and could I try again with PayPal or a checking account. I paid with a credit card specifically so I could dispute charges if they arise based on the reviews here. I told him no I would only pay with my card and when the website is fixed I will try again. He then sent me a link to a PayPal invoice with the same amount but not the product I ordered. I again told him no. We will see what happens and then I will update. I gave 2 stars because of my past experiences.

Last month I was compelled to write a bad review-the order I received contained products I have used for years. I know the texture, the smell and the effects. What I received were in similar packaging but totally ineffective. About one week after I posted the review, I received an email from Fast Escrow Refills apologizing for the inconvenience (not for the money I lost) and stating a replacement order would be sent. No tracking number was provided and no replacement package was ever received. I have moved on but posting this as I am out more than $100 and don’t want anyone else to have the same experience

I've been ordering from fastescrowrefills for several years. I have always received my orders in a timely manner. In fact, the shipping process has become faster over the years. I had an issue with an order a couple of years ago. One of the items was broken. When I received it. I took a picture of it. And they replaced it without a question.

Supposedly sent item and tracking number but never received my order and when you go to them with a complaint they do nothing to try to help or solve the issue so now I'm out $300 on an order I assume they never even sent. They provide fake tracking information and tracking numbers and then don't reply when you tell them you didn't get the order. SCAM FAKE SCAM WEBSITE ❌❌ good fake reviews they ARE SCAMMERS!! STEAL MONEY AND DONT SEND PRODUCTS. Oh and it's a scam because they don't even do invoices as a "pharmacy" company. I will escalate this as far up as I got to go to let everyone know you're scammers!!

I’ve been buying them from Escrow Refills on and off since 2016, never had a problem with my orders

Second time that fraudulent charges are placed on my card a week or so after my order. Brand new card, never been used before. I get my delivery, but end up cancelling my card and disputing charges. Not worth it.

I have placed several orders successfully. Shipping time varies but I always get my order. I do pay with PayPal and not a credit card. Prices are phenomenal!

Placed an order in 06/22 I received everything fine, but two weeks later my credit card had fraudulent charges on it, and I had to cancel my CC

I placed another order with them last week, and today I find someone is using my new credit card fraudulently, and now I have to cancel again.

After finding this site, and seeing that a lot of other people had the same problem, I will never order from them again
