Scam company! Ad showed Wayfair so I trusted. Ordered a 51 in tall water fountain led lights over 5 weeks ago and was sent tracking number that leads to nowhere! Paid $40.00 I should have known better. Sent email after email that came back undeliverable. Going to get in touch with PayPal and dispute. BEWARE

If it were possible to give it less stars, I would.

THIS IS A SCAM!!
I bought a 51" fountain from them several months ago and it was never delivered. Furthermore, there is no one to talk to about getting a replacement. I was hesitant because when you click on the link to order one, it comes up as Wayfair. This is NOT one of Wayfair's products and they are NOT affiliated either. I know better now. Lastly, a fountain this big is typically $300-$500. I should've known it was too good to be true when the price shown was $31.99. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

I along with everyone else got scammed. I purchased 2 square D electrical panels. I paid with a visa. I received a paid invoice. Then after several emails without a response to any of them,I received a tracking number. Usps description was 2 small items delivered to Texas. I live in Cali. No an to any phone call. Nit in service. Fastenane is connected to a company Yea-Yorz. I provided all the correct documentation to my credit card company once I started the fraud claim. I was denied after months. I called back and started another claim with more proof, emails, tracking #, order number ect. I just received a letter I was denied again. Fastenane/ Yea-yorz made up a tracking number) that is not valid) and misc clothing items. They said, that is what I purchased to Visa. Visa, said they provided proof. Now I have to start this all over again. It's several hours on the phone. Its almost not worth fighting over 300ish dollars, but now I'm mad!

Ordered a gun safe. Fastenane provided a bogus tracking number that said the gun safe was delivered. I paid with Paypal and they refunded my money.

They are scammers
Do not buy anything from them because you will never receive anything
These people should be banned from all online sites

Phone is disconnected, pretty sure it’s a scam

This company is a scam. They are fake! Do not order from them! Phone number is out of order, address belongs to a different company, shipping number was fake. Never received answers to my emails and Never received my purchase.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Don't get scamed like I did!

I'm glad I read the reviews before I ordered thanks to the folks who warned me if it sounds too good to be true it probably is!

I ordered tires and they took my money but then shipped my tires to another country and when I messaged them they didn't respond. When I emailed them they didn't reply. The company phone number listed for the company is invalid. These guys are crooks.

DO NOT buy from them. I wish I would of looked into this website sooner. I never received my halloween skeleton. I emailed, never received word. Contacted my bank. They reversed the charge only to CHARGE ME AGAIN! The merchant provided my bank false info, falsified the tracking saying in fact it was delivered, but on my banks end, the merchant said it was something completely different. But yet, since they provided 'evidence', my bank will not reverse.

Can't give no Star and that's what they deserve. I wish I would have looked them up before ordering. The address they are using is a pharmaceutical companies address. And the phone number is fake as well. I have emailed them several times and no response so now need to call my bank. This people are scamming us and need to pay the consequences for how can you let a company know about the review if it's not a legit company? I will mark that box so whoever it is will know we're all on their ass

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing anything from this site. I'm going to see if my bank will be able to get my money back. I received confirmation of order with my correct information on it. Confirmation of payment ect. I got confirmation of delivery, but to a completely different address 2000 miles away. The phone number doesn't work and no reply by email. Please don't waste your money. I'm only at the beginning of my headache.

I foolishly ordered from this "company" ... scammers.

This is no company it's a complete scam. ordered an meter socket got a tracking number 3 weeks later when tracked it turned out to be some women's make up that was sent to a local college, after weeks of trying to contact them I just gave up. The phone number you give when making the order will be blocked when trying to call the bogus number they provide on their web site.But what gets me is this scam is continuing to be active as I write this review no one does anything about it too bad we have no law inforcement to atleast try to slow down activities like this place they just go right on stealing from people.

I was not intending to give this even a 1 star but had to so I can place a comment. 1 star is way too generous for this scammers. The vendor, Fastenane,com is a complete scam. We ordered a house decor for Halloween, placed the correct shipping address, waited for 2 to 3 weeks and got a tracking notification that the item was delivered at a porch of a residential address in CA. We are in VA! The phones don't work, the CA address of this branch is fake and does not exist. Even USPS could not provide an answer as to what happened but they are still investigating. No response at all to all emails sent to this vendor which you will find in their website under "Contact Us." I have no idea why vendors like this even exist to operate. Don't even try dealing with it. Not worth it.

If I could give 0 stars, I worluld. Ordered a circuit meter box from them for my dad and they're confirmation and to spam and when I emailed them asking about it, there was no response. Tried to cancel, no response. Asked for tracking, no response. That's until I submitted a case with Paypal. Then they provided one that was delivered 4 days prior and upon asking USPS about it, it was a tracking number for a different address. How they keep getting tracking numbers to fake people out, I don't know. But my best advice is STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM OF A "COMPANY". Their phone number is disconnected and no responses by email. Took a lot to get our money back via PayPal.
