FastComet responds quickly in the chat box. They are helpful when you need help.

I've used this service for several years. The service and support used to be brilliant. I had great uptime, and they addressed any issues quickly.

But recently, the service and support are completely unacceptable. I have had more downtime in recent months than in the last 6 years. The support structure has changed completely, and issues aren't being addressed properly. Responses take hours, and resolving serious issues takes days. After 6 years, I'm moving to a new provider.

FastComet has been a terrific web host, great service, attention to detail, and an excellent back end that even a newbie like me was able to work with. In our five years of working with them, our website grew from a few dozen posts to more than 1400 seamlessly. We are sorry to leave, but the 30% price increase this year was more than we could afford.

Checked today to see if I need to do anything to address the PHP vulnerability that's been announced recently. The customer service replied instantly that there's nothing we need to do and that they are patching the server in the background as we speak.
