I’m sure the guys are being thorough but £500+ to service a boiler and change a tap seems a lot to me.

It took two people 3 hours!

I phoned Fast Response in a panic, as another emergency plumber had let me down and I had water from my washing machine all over the floor.
Adrian came out within the hour (and I was called to reassure me he was on his way) and fixed the issue with my washing machine within the hour (including fixing a new pipe and another leaking pipe). He was very friendly, respectful and very tidy. I was so grateful for the teams help in such a worrying situation. Adrian even placed my washing machine back in its tight slot afterwards and made sure that the washing machine was working.

We had a leak from the nut at the bottom of the cistern. Chris said the best thing he could do was to pop back in the morning and fit us a new loo. I just wanted him to fix the leak. He didn’t. He left us late at night with it still leaking. We are 82 & 72 years old. It was fixed the next morning in ten mins by a competent plumber. He told the company we’d bought the wrong part. This was blatantly not true.
Having read the company’s response I reiterate that Chris’ first comment was that the best thing he could do was to pop back in the morning and fit a new toilet. Not a new part, but a new toilet. He had not at that stage even looked at the problem. He didn’t bring so much as a spanner up with him from his van. And as he left he said he’d had a long day and he was going. The part was the right one. The guy who put it right will vouch for me. They did refund my call out charge. But when I phoned to complain I was told Chris was an experienced plummer and they’d never had a single complaint before. If he’d really thought I’d bought the wrong part why didn’t he say that to me? I think it was inexcusable to have left us with a leaking toilet late at nigh when all he had to do was tighten the nut - just as the guy did in the morning. This is not the sign of a good plumber nor of a decent human being.

Called out to us on a Sunday with very little notice due to overflowing drains.

Pricing was slightly unclear but quickly resolved by telephone with Rob.

Work itself was completed in a timely manner and to a good standard. Overall, happy with the service.

We had a serious blockage in our kitchen sink plumbing and, after researching a local company with quick response times, I called Fast Response Plumbers. They did, indeed, respond quickly to my email enquiry and arranged to have a plumber visit within a few hours. When he arrived, Chris and his associate were professional and a pleasure to deal with. They dealt with the problem but, after they left, our Quooker boiling tap didn’t work. I called back the next morning and, although FRP said that was not really their area of expertise, they still offered to send out one of their engineers to try to resolve the problem. Fortunately, Google had been a huge help and we had just managed to reset our Quooker, so their engineer was not needed. I so appreciated the fact that they were still willing to try to resolve our Quooker problem, even though this was not what they had signed up for. Absolutely five stars from me for courtesy, professionalism and tip-top customer service

Very professional from start to finish. Quick call out and kept me informed during the job, so I knew exactly what was happening. 2nd time I've used them and will definitely be using them again if needed in the future.

Excellent service! Guys arrived within 30 minutes of my call (on a Bank Holiday weekend too) and problem was assessed and repaired within an hour. Polite and efficient, I’d definitely use them again and would 100% recommend them to others. Courtesy call received the following morning - if you need any plumbing services, Fast Response are the ones to use!

Water tank was leaking and needed a new valve to be fitted in. Adrien was very professional and friendly. He patiently answered my questions and I felt very comfortable with his service. From the moment I called Fast Response Plumbers, I was greeted with a thoroughly professional service. Rob was wonderful and so courteous. Adrian arrived half an hour before expected, did a very professional job and was open and communicative from the start. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. It has put my mind at rest for a problem that has been a cause of frustrating. Thank you so much guys!! Couldn't recommend these guys enough.

I wasn’t given a quote for the work, only told a rate which I misunderstood. I thought I was being told an hourly rate, when actually it was a half hourly rate. So the work was double what I expected it to be and I wasn’t quoted an estimate time for the job to take. So when I was given the price to pay I was extremely surprised at how expensive it was. I was given no option to pay in instalments and if I had know it was going to be that price I wouldn’t have agreed to the work being done as it was way outside of my budget.

Also the plumber complained constantly about the nature of the job. I am not a plumber and was paying for a service, if you don’t want to take the job on then don’t. Instead he kept telling me what a mess my plumbing was (which is what I was paying to be sorted) so felt like he was blaming me for the work that needed to be done. He also was walking around my flat with his trousers hanging so low his behind was exposed constantly which I found completely inappropriate and made me feel very uncomfortable. I live alone and am a young woman and so called my dad to attend as I felt so uncomfortable.

I have no issues with the work done which is why I have given 2 stars but felt the customer service was appalling from the plumber who attended. I will not be using this company again.

Great service. Fast call out and did the job perfectly in a timely manner with price as quoted.

Very good service. Responded to my email enquiry very quickly. Although had to CALL the office to make an appointment, sent someone the very next day and got a call to give half hour notice so very helpful. Confident the plumber did a good job and did not overspend his time there. Called when I asked to and would definitely use again. Only gave 4 stars as have to pay a deposit before anyone goes round and you get charged before you get the invoice. But, apart from that very good service. Thank you Fast Response Plumbers.
