They must be using the money they make on not sending out customers orders and not giving refunds to pay people to write good reviews for them. They are the worse company I’ve ever had the misfortune of ordering from.
After emails asking where my order was a month after it was due, they “found” my tracking details (or just sent it), when it arrived the £40 trousers were awful nylon cheap material that I wouldn’t have paid 40p for. Now I’ve paid £7 signed for delivery, which I can see they have I STILL don’t have acknowledgment that they have my parcel. Truly terrible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I joined a subscription but it was not very good so cancelled it in April but 2 months in im still being charged for it when I have emails back in forth confirm it has been cancelled.

I started off with an experience I wasn’t too happy with when I didn’t receive a parcel, however after some emails I had one of the managers email me and completely turned my experience around with them! Items I have purchased and received as part of a subscription with them have all been beautiful and perfectly sized! Some items I’ve received will be perfect for my holiday and I can’t wait to show them off! 100% recommend purchasing from Fashion Prescription😍❤️Xxx

I made an order about 3/4 months ago now, when messaging the company they explained it was a pre order however they will make sure my name is one of the firsts to send the order to.. I have emailed them around 4 times since and have had no response. I go on holiday in less than a month and want my bikini or money back. This is a joke and I am not happy!!!

The worst service ever....

I ordered a bikini, which took weeks to arrive, and arrived in the wrong colour. I sent it back immediately, they 'couldn't find it' despite me providing proof of postage. They then decided to accept it had been returned and processed a replacement. a month later and despite loads of emails I still haven't got it.

i have requested a refund instead now, as dealing with them has caused so much frustration and the lack of clear explanation or definitive advice on this/the random ignoring of other emails has lead to me now writing to the retail ADR if I do not receive confirmation of refund by next week.

If they had messed up, they should have just explained why and managed my expectations appropriately, offering a discount or refund rather than being so flaky and unprofessional.

Ordered 2 skirts at the end of March and then after realising they would take 2-3 weeks to arrive (completely my fault), I emailed 4 times to cancel my order, all were ignored. They finally got back to me after 2 weeks and said they had already sent one of the skirts and could refund the one they hadn't sent. Agreed this with the Sarah and said I will send back the skirt when I received it so they could refund that too.
I sent back the skirt over a month ago as it was terrible quality and nothing like the photo and they confirmed they received it. I have been told twice in the past month that a refund is being processed and it will take up to 14 days and still haven't revived a penny.
Terrible customer service, they constantly ignore emails which has led to me emailing 3/4 times just to get an answer to my originally email. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

I’ve orders a few times from fashion prescription and I’ve never had an issue! Great customer service goods arrived as stated, I have recommended them to a few of my friends who have all had positive service! I would definitely recommend! Great merchandise, great prices an all rounded company! Can’t recommed them enough!

I wouldn’t give this company any stars at all. The business is a scam!! Don’t buy! I ordered a pair of jeans which were late getting delivered to me.. when I received them they weren’t as described and were obviously really cheap (I paid £36 for them) so I sent them back one day after the 14 day period asking for a refund. They refused because I was too late to return them, even though they took so long to get delivered to me! So they gave me a store card. I ordered a bikini with that in March and I still haven’t received it. I have been emailing and emailing but no reply apart from a few saying that they will send it out today and they will chase it up, which they haven’t done. I want a refund or my bikini and they won’t give me one. Such a joke ! Please NEVER buy from this site !!!!

Great customer service! Contacted Fashion Prescription with a few questions and they were so helpful and quick to get back to me. All the clothes are amazing quality and quick dispatching time. Clothes are true to size and so cute and unique. Thank you so much Fashion Prescription for existing! New favourite shop 😍 xxx

Some absolutely beautiful clothes! I just love their quirky but cute style. Great costumer service, I was emailed back about my order within the hour!

Most of the items I ordered said between 2-3 weeks I ordered with 2 weeks and 3 days and put the date I needed them for as they were bought for my hollidays they came in plenty of time, brilliant quality and I had sent a few emails to them, all were responded to and they reasurred me I would get my parcel on time which I did! 100% will be ordering again thankyou team FASHION PRESCRIPTION X

Will never order from this website again, obviously a scam, order a bikini 2 and a half months ago and still hasn’t arrived, sent 2 messages on their ‘live chat’ to which nobody replied to me, emailed the customer services To be told my parcel is lost and given 3 options I asked a question about one of them to be ignored again, I’ve since emailed 4 more times, ignored again. I’ve also messaged them on Instagram and have been ignored on there too. Do not order from this website.

I ordered a few items from here a month ago. All I’ve received is my order number and that’s it. I have heard nothing back from Fashion Prescription, I’ve tried to find a phone number as the email on the website doesn’t even work. I’m extremely frustrated as I spent quite a bit of money and my order should be here by now. Ive also tried the “live chat” and no one ever responded. I just feel as though it’s a complete scam and I would have really liked to have my stuff by now as I go on holiday soon.
Not only this but I’ve received multiple emails with discounts of 10/15% and I tried using the 10% off on my first order and it didn’t work. I even left a note saying that they never gave me the 10% off and I’ve still not been contacted by them. Absolutely awful.
Writing a review is the only way I can (hopefully) get ahold of them

I very recently ordered from this company & although I was sent the wrong item they was fast to respond to my messages of concern and I was refunded promptly as I didn't have the time to receive an exchange before my holiday. The quality of the product sent to me was lovely you couldn't fault it and if it had of been sent the correct item it would of been well worth the wait! I love the collections available and will be ordering again very soon. Thank you to Sarah at Fashion Prescription for looking after me & for refunding me so quickly. xxx

Omgosh after reading other peoples experiences with this company .. I also wish I came one here before signing up to their subscription service. After requesting to cancel my subscription they still had the cheek to take payment out of my bank account a week later !! It was only until i told my bank to block that particular company from taking more money from my account is when they got in touch with me and started threatening me with legal action even though the parcels were sent back with my hermes with a tracking nunber!!. I would AVOID this company at all costs!!

I have ordered 3 times and all been just what I expected !

I ordered a dress on 10th February. Despite emailing on 8th March, I was told I would be sent tracking via email. This also didn't happen.
In my last email, I requested a refund and the email was ignored.
Total scam.

Awful company! I should have come here before ordering, I spent 60 £ in January and until today I did not receive anything, just sent me 1 email saying what I would like in return and they never answered me again! said that the order was lost along the way. if i could not even 1 star i give, do not order here, it's allbullshit!!

Ordered a jumper in feb, was totally unaware it was pre order, now almost in April and no jumper when told it would take 2-3 weeks.
The customer service is an absolute ridicule!!!! Godknows what animals are in charge!
Been ignored every time I am asking for a refund it's disgraceful!!!!!

I wish you could rate no stars for this company because even one is too generous for their sh**t customer service!
