Did not get collected but was returned

Prebooked return transfers from Faro airport to Albufeira. Landed in Faro, called the company to ask where to meet. We were told nothing available. We were a party of 15! Not the easiest to logistically move at short notice.
Return journey to airport they reluctantly turned up after calling to ensure collection.
Was told after return journey was done 50% of total cost would be refunded.
Have since emailed and messaged several times and been ghosted!
I wouldn’t recommend. As they will leave you stranded with no notification. 2 stars for being on time for the return leg and getting us safely to the airport.
**The return dates were 12-15/03 still awaiting the refund via paypal that, when the phone has been picked up, has been sent to the office for payment**
