Admin fees
It's about the £7 admin fees like many have complained here!
Had purchased from them before, so I kinda knew that they don't send out the goods that promptly, hence the cancellation.
Placed an order over the weekend, then decided to cancel one day after. At this point, there was no clinician involved, nor the parcel had been dispatched.
I was told that £7 will be deducted for cancellation. Well, it's clearly stated on the website. My bad that I didn't notice that. However, it's not right to charge such a fee before the order is dispatched. Even for returns, the majority of retailers won't ask for such a high fees for re-stocking or other reasons/excuses.
Won't purchase from them again!

We are truly sorry to read that you are dissatisfied with the service we are currently providing.
Our records show that you were receiving hair loss medication as part of an ongoing treatment plan. There were multiple orders and follow-up submissions associated with your account, which resulted in some confusion around the orders being requested and subsequently cancelled. You placed an order and then requested its cancellation shortly afterwards.
For non-weight-management prescription services, our terms and conditions clearly state that if an order is cancelled before the medication has been dispensed and shipped, a prescription surcharge of £7.00 applies. This charge is therefore not dependent on the order having been dispatched or the medication having been received.
The £7.00 charge is separate from the additional circumstance outlined in our terms where a clinician cancels an order because incorrect information has been provided or the information does not match the patient's NHS Summary Care Record.
We understand that you may disagree with the cancellation charge, but the applicable £7.00 prescription surcharge was clearly stated in our terms and conditions and was applied in accordance with those terms. We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that you have decided not to order from us again.
