Prices are quite lower than in Italian pharmacies, the convenience of having a pharmacy 24-hr and easy-to-use website. It has become my supplement store. Also, delivery times are quite reasonable.

Missing item, poor customer service
I ordered two products but only received one. The package was undamaged and I reported the issue immediately with photo evidence. Despite this, the shop refused to send the missing item or issue a refund, implying it was my fault. Very disappointing experience and unacceptable customer service for such a simple and well-documented issue.

Very bad customer service !
Goods were left at my door with the product leaking out of the package
10 pots of marmalade, 4 completely Brocken glass and marmalade everywhere
I complained to customer services with photos immediately and they refused to do anything because I had not signed for the delivery
HOW CAN YOU SIGN IF THE TRANSPORT COMPANY THAT YOU HAVE CHOSEN JUST LEAVES THE PACKAGE
The way the goods were packaged was the problem and that’s the fault of Farmasave

Ci dispiace per il disagio.
Dopo aver effettuato i dovuti controlli, risulta che il pacco è stato correttamente consegnato e firmato da lei.Alla consegna risulta che la firma di ricezione non è stata accompagnata dalla "firma di riserva", che è una prassi necessaria per poter procedere con una sostituzione o un rimborso del prodotto.
La firma di riserva è fondamentale per segnalare eventuali danni al momento della ricezione del pacco e ci consente di avviare la procedura di reclamo con il corriere. Senza questa firma, non possiamo avviare la richiesta di risarcimento o risoluzione del problema.

for me the shipping costs compared to the value of the parcel, I understand it is to Chequia but still is the EU. As a business analyst working for European Comission, I can give you a very good tip, improve your business processes so that you reach all EU countries at a very decent price/parcel value rate. You will make much less per order but you will dramatically increase the number of orders.
