First and last time I tried this company out
I saw a nice price for a product on this site and ordered it. 2 days later I get a mail that my order was voided. Luckily no money taken from my account - and I really hope none will be. This was the first time I tried out this site - given the majority of good rates in trustpilot. However, with this experience it was also my last time. Companies that don't have more control of their logistics have no place in this world.

We are quite pleased with our order. Thanks for offering such great Italian products. Prices of Guna MD and the availability of all collections is quite advantageous.
The delivery was fast considering I live in Nairobi, Kenya and the price was even better than expected. I thought delivery to Africa Kenya is challenging, but they proved not. I received my parcel one week late but tthat's very acceptable as DHL kept me posted of delivery schedule.
Customer care were so friendly and quick to respond our concerns. They kept me posted on my parcel tracking and were not reluctant to share updates.
Again we remain grateful and we are pleased to place more orders.

Buying from UK incurs Duty and VAT, so consider this when paying as it will almost add £60 to the bill afterwards.
