DO NOT BUY!

Order never sent from 2021 total scammers do not bother

Absolute scam of a website wish I had checked them out here before ordering as I placed an order back in July 2021 and chased them literally daily then weekly then monthly and to this date (June 2022). I've no responses despite using social media and emails to contact them. I paid for absolutely nothing and sheer frustration for almost a year!!

Do not buy from this company

Ordered a month ago and I am yet to receive my order. They don't even bother to reply. Unfortunately, I didn't google the company before ordering else I would not have bothered.

Absolutely terrible

Ordered a pot at the end of June....Still waiting. Sent several messages all of which have been ignored. Wish I'd seen these reviews before I ordered with this absolutely disgraceful company. Tracking says order received.....not picked yet. Total scam.....DO NOT BUY.

Wish I could give zero stars
After placing my order, I was told I would not get a confirmation mail of placing it, because it was a manual order, but would get a mail of shipping. Okay fine. But nothing ever shipped. I approached them several times via instagram and always got the same excuse "I am waiting for an update from my supervisors". After waiting super long I said I wanted to cancel the order. They said they understood, but then never responded anymore when I asked if I would get the money back via paypal. They also have been ignoring my messages after.

SCAM!!!

Completely SCAM!!!
I ordered 2 wax on july 2021 and I still have nothing (September) .
They ignore all my mails and text on instagram. It’s really disrespectful to leave customers that way. When I see all the reviews here, this company must to be shut down, they’re definitely steal money from us. I’m gonna report them.

Ordered about a month ago

Ordered about a month ago, delivery did say 2-3 days but still hasn’t came. I let 2 weeks go and emailed many times and got nothing back it’s now been a month and they still took the money and I still haven’t received my order and got no extra information about the delay

NO BOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I bought one pot. It arrived quickly and was amazing - exactly as advertised. So I ordered a massive load of pots - almost one of every colour of whatever was in stock. I received a text confirmation that they received my order, they took my money, and then - NOTHING. No communication: text or email, no pots. I followed up with an email asking for information after 3 weeks, no reply. I followed up a week later, no reply. I wouldn't have minded if they'd contacted me and let me know there had been an error and they would refund me - but I've had nothing from them. No information, no goods, and they still have my money.

No Products, No Response

I purchased three dyes over a month ago, gave it about 2~ weeks, and reached out to customer service.

No response.

Gave it a month.

No response.

Gave it another week or two.

Still no response.

At this point, I'm going to file a report w/ my CC company and say Farewell Beauty is fraudulent. I would be completely understanding if the order was just delayed, but getting no response to multiple inquiries weeks apart is just terrible business. I was really looking forward to trying the dyes too.

Same story as everyone else...

Ordered a couple of pomades almost a month ago that should have come 2-3 days after I placed the order but I have yet to receive them. Like everyone else, no emails have been responded to. No communication. If I had read the reviews first, I would never have given them my money. I've never had any experience like this and didn't know an online purchase could make me this angry. If it was a mistake I would be just frustrated but I'm disgusted that a company hasn't just done this to me but to so many other people. I see they've responded to some complaints on here but if they're willing to do that, how could they not respond to a simple email?

Sent me the wrong items and don't reply to emails

Ordered 2 pomades recently and shipped and received quickly but from the wrong product line!! Whoever packaged it courteously chose similar colours to the original order but I did not receive the products I paid for.

It's now been over 5 working days and no response to my emails (which is the only contact method on the website) or DM on Instagram. Their website basically says they have a no return policy but what about when they are at fault?? I wanted to simply exchange for the correct products but I'm now worried if I ever do hear back they will expect me to cover postage which isn't right.

Purchased as a birthday gift and the birthday has now passed. Such a shame. It's simply poor customer service, I can't recommend on that alone as unfortunately haven't been able to try the products but there are many others available, hopefully with better customer service.

At this point I think it's a scam

At this point I think it's a scam. I made a purchase of one container in the colour burgundy on January 13th, 2021, received a confirmation but no further details on shipping. So I decided to contact the company by email on January 22nd and they have not got back to me. I really wanted to try this product but unfortunately for those who may consider buying from them, I would caution you to look elsewhere.
I don't think they ever intended on sending the product to begin with...

I placed an order on the 10th of…

I placed an order on the 10th of November still not received. It was a pre order for the 17th of November. I also paid for next day delivery as it was a gift for my daughters birthday. I have emailed a few times and received no correspondence at all. I have still not received my order or any communication. Her birthday was last week but everyday she keeps asking me when are they coming? Really looking forward to the product or some form of communication!

Just what I was looking for!

Application was extremely easy and not messy (I wore gloves). I was able to successfully cosplay one of my favorite characters and didn't have to stress about my hair. After the convention I washed my hair and the product rinsed off with ease! Will be sure to order more for my next cosplay. I posted a picture of me using the product and my end result after washing my hair.

I’ve been scammed!!!!

I paid nearly £50 for 4 tubs of wax for my daughter and weeks later, I have received nothing!
I have emailed them numerous times and sent a message on Instagram.
I live about 30 mins from the address they have on their website, so I’m going to go there tomorrow and demand my products! Feels like it is a scam!!!

In cases like this where it does, at the absolutely least you deserve some communicational transparency about the status of your order. The fact that you heard nothing at all from us is completely unacceptable and goes completely against what we claim to represent as a brand.

Our second apology is for your daughter. I can only imagine the feeling of looking forward to something, only to be let down day after day, for an indefinite period of time.

Although your order has now been received, this in no way validates the entire ordeal gone through in order to get your pomades in the first place. We really want to make things right with you.
