Third pair from Faretti - still the best on the market
This is my third purchase from farettishoes.co.uk, and they remain my go-to for footwear. I have a pair for work, a pair for formal events, and now I just bought their winter boots.

I ordered my trainers 3weeks ago as was advised delivery 2 to 5days still no sign of them be very careful if your thinking of Xmas or birthdays etc as the delivery dates are well out I’ve emailed them never had a reply, if I look at the delivery information it hasn’t change since the first date they emailed me
Definitely would not order from them again which is a shame as the trainers / shoes do look nice

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with – Faretti is a complete disgrace!
I sent a parcel to Faretti over two months ago and the tracking has been stuck on “pending” ever since. In all this time, Faretti has done absolutely NOTHING to help. They haven’t contacted the Polish postal service, they haven’t given me a single proper update, and they clearly don’t care at all about their customers.
This is not just bad service – it’s pure negligence. Once they have your money, they wash their hands of any responsibility. Their silence and laziness are beyond unacceptable.
Faretti is unprofessional, unreliable, and downright shameless. If you don’t want endless stress, wasted money, and zero accountability – avoid this company like the plague!

Don’t be fooled by Faretti’s Trustpilot rating — if you ever need to return something, they will make it a nightmare.
I bought two pairs of shoes (same style, different sizes) because it was my first time ordering from them. I didn’t even realise they were shipping from Poland. When I needed to return both pairs — neither fit quite right — they insisted I use UPS, which cost me around £24 just for the return shipping. I followed every instruction they gave me to the letter.
Two years later, I’m still waiting for my £240 refund. Despite sending countless emails (some of which they replied to, most of which they ignored), they kept claiming they hadn’t received the return. UPS tracking showed the parcel made it to the warehouse in Poland.
Faretti’s customer service has been absolutely disgraceful. No accountability, no willingness to help, no resolution. Just endless delays and excuses.
After reading other Trustpilot reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one — which raises serious questions about whether Faretti intentionally avoids issuing refunds. This experience has been beyond frustrating — it feels dishonest, disrespectful, and frankly like they just don't care about their customers once they've taken your money.
Save yourself the stress — shop elsewhere.

At Faretti, customer satisfaction is at the very core of our values. We handle thousands of returns yearly, with the vast majority of our customers satisfied with our quick, transparent, and efficient processes. Our return policy is clearly stated, and we recommend UPS specifically because of their reliable, secure, and fully trackable service.
Regarding your particular case, despite multiple investigations into your claim, our warehouse has no record of receiving your returned items. UPS didn't give us any parcel on your name. In such cases you can make complaint with UPS firstly. As we clearly informed you via email at that time, without confirmed receipt of returned goods, we unfortunately cannot process a refund. This standard policy exists to protect both parties from potential misunderstandings or lost parcels during transit.
Moreover, your review, posted two years after the event in question, significantly complicates our ability to provide further support or resolution. During this extended period, we received no further communication from you regarding the status of your refund. Publicly implying intentional wrongdoing on our part after such a lengthy delay is unfair, misleading, and harms our company's good name and reputation.
We remain dedicated to maintaining transparency and professionalism at every step. If you have any new details or wish to discuss this matter further, please reach out directly via email. We are always open to reassessing your case if new relevant information comes to light.

It is true that the shoes are high quality. It is also true that you cannot return them so both the 5 stars and the 1 star are valid. I returned my shoes using their return label 3 months ago and have heard nothing... and the email given for this review comes back with a non-delivery... Only buy them if you know that they are exactly what you need. They cannot be returned.

Edit to review from me a genuine ripped off buyer, don’t be fooled they are liars, wasted my time with no responses to numerous request of where are my shoes. Buy at your peril they also ask for personal info you should never give out. Would give no stars but have to give one, had to claim money back from credit card company. Shoes never showed, ignored emails, I would say scam company. Look at other reviews don’t waste your money. There is a much better uk company doing the same type of shoes which are really good quality.

I have had a great experience with Farettishoes, the shoes are comfortable, fit well, look great, made with good quality materials, delivery time was really quick and questions are answered swiftly. Cannot fault this company and their product, even from opening the box you can tell the quality of construction and presentation, top marks for providing customers what they want, will definitely be my next go to choice for shoes as they have a wide range of other shoes too. Despite the delays because of Brexit I feel its unfair to rate the seller based on this because its not their fault.
The communication was excellent as well as the customer service 👏
The shoes where a lot better that expected. The leather was top quality and soft to the touch. They are extremely comfortable and I have had so many great comments on them which was unexpected as I usually wear £180 Nike trainers and no one has ever commented on them, therefore I would recommend them to anyone based on the sheer quality and service by Faretti.
Don't be put off by the negative reviews as I have dealt with them myself and i can't fault them.
As I said, mine where delayed because of Brexit but this is not their fault so don't be put off buying from them. The lead time is now about 11 days but will soon be around 5 days. Again this is a Brexit related issue and not the sellers.

I would suggest to buy from another…
I would suggest to buy from another website if purchasing shoes or trainers as there after sales customer service is shocking. I originally ordered some trainers December 2020 for a Christmas Present. The trainer came and was a little small Even though the correct size. They asked for me to send them back to either exchange or refund. I said a exchange would be perfect. 4-6 weeks later still no replacement trainers. I then requested a update to be told they have been dispatched but have no tracking number ?? Really ! I left if another week or so with still no update i then requested a full refund. They asked for the refund details which i sent straight away, and guess what 3 week later still water for a refund. now they have stopped replying to my messages / emails. shocking service they don't even deserve 1 star. Also I've noticed on a lot of social media etc. they have no options for reviews. now i know why because of there shocking service.

I ordered a pair of shoes online and paid the only postage option available (48 hour UPS delivery).
Having received an order email with a tracking number attached, I immediately clicked on the tracking number only to find out it was a fake number for UPS.
After several delayed replies and a series of very unofficial emails blaming brexit for the delay, I had to go through PayPal to investigate and source my refund.
My advice would be to avoid this website, it appears disingenuous.
