Excellent first experience
The board game was competitively priced and arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe. The packing material was sufficient, and it arrived in perfect condition.

Excellent as always. Another note about Farao's – I bought Cthulhu by Gaslight in store. Weeks later, I emailed them to ask for the Bits and Mortar PDF confessing I no longer had the receipt (photo of book attached). PDF sent, no fuss.

The package arrived with a dent
The package arrived with a dent, although enough paper and an external box around it stopped my minis getting damaged, and i took a total of about 6 days to get my box, i placed an Email on wednesday, ot gets processed on friday, i get my box on tuesday. Not great processing time and you can get cheaper stuff elsewhere ( i got warhammer and the exact same kit is 100 kr less at next level games) done yapping.
