DO NOT USE!!

Ordered a product that never arrived. Requested a refund that they claimed was paid, stating "Please contact your payment provider for further advice regarding this matter." There is no funds pending according to my bank and after requesting refund details they stopped replying. Total waste of time and money!

I ordered a LED projector in 2019, since then it never arrived. They sent a replacement order which also didn't arrive. Requested a refund - was done according to them and was told to check with my bank. I did - no payment. I was told no there was a system error. Weeks later and 'We are so sorry but we are only unable to process your refund back to
your original payment method'. It has been a tedious back and forth emailing to the point of where they ignore my emails now and no refund. Just don't use them!

Pure scam. Had a bad experience with this company a long time ago and I’m not over it yet lol haunts me

I’ve ordered 4 paintings for birthdays last week and shipping was confirmed this week - I’ll update if I don’t receive them soon. My rating is for the last time I used them a couple of years ago. Didn’t have any issues, my girlfriend loved them and they still hang in our apartment today.

Literally the WORST experience I’ve ever had with an online order. I ordered a Van Gogh Paint-By-Number on May 5, 2020. It said the expected delivery would be 3-5 weeks; I thought that was reasonable. The 3-5 week time period came and went. Two whole months went by and I heard absolutely nothing from them. It had been so long, I didn’t even live at the address anymore. I contacted them and they responded unapologetically with a link to track it. Kept checking the link and for two weeks; it hadn’t even been SHIPPED. Asked for a refund and got it, which was the only good part. Seriously, DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

After placing an order, I had three emails to confirm my order, thank me for placing an order and then to confirm that my order had been shipped. I was happy to wait as it was specified that it would take up to 5 weeks to arrive but at 6 weeks I emailed to ask if they could chase my order. At this, they sent an unapologetic email to say my order had never been shipped and would 'send another soon'. Not good enough seeing as it was for a birthday gift that was already late. Would not order from here again, mainly due to how unapologetic they were when attempting to rectify their mistake.

After reading my review, they sent a message on this forum 1 day later. I emailed them after that like they asked and STILL nothing!!! This is absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered April 3rd for 2 items, the Van Go painting sets. At the time, they announced on their website a 3-5 week turnaround time due to ongoing COVID situation, which I fully accepted. However, it was been well over the timeframe, multiple emails purely advising they can't advise when I could expect delivery. I have ordered since then on other websites orginating from China and have since had those items.

Wish I'd have reviewed them first before ordering. Avoid ordering unless you want problems and headaches.

they stock van-go paint by numbers which are a scam. Ordered off the site months ago, have had the money taken out of my account, item not received or even shipped, and the website was then site for months so I couldn’t get in contact with anyone, and emails I tried to send to them just bounced back. Don’t order any van-go paintings!!!

They sent me another model of case for iPhone than I buyed, and I get no response about fixing it 🤷🏼‍♂️

Ordered back in 2016 got my item it was great. A few weeks ago decided to order 2 paint by numbers my card has been charged but there is no sign of shipment or even a confirmation email. I have emailed support with zero response. I am incredibly upset. Maybe I’m over due for a little lawsuit

I ordered the paint by number Van Gogh Rhône River way back. Overtime working on it, the paints dried up (not fault of the company). I emailed through the website asking if I could buy JUST the paints of the kit as that’s all I needed. I never received a response so I reordered the kit. I get it in 3 weeks today and the colors don’t even match! Multiple of the colors numbered from my first kit are completely different from my newly arrived kit so now I can’t finish the canvas I’m halfway done with. I messaged them on FB and got the automatic response to email them from their “Contact Us” page on their website but I tried that before with no response, why would I again? Very frustrated as this is suppose to be a gift to a loved one and I love painting. No way will I ordered the kit AGAIN just to hope I get the correct paints. Ridiculous that the paints are not consistent.

I bought a gift for my gf in April, we are in August, and there is no signal of delivery. I sent an e-mail complaining, and the answer was:

"Unfortunately, there are some cases wherein the shipment may get delayed for several reasons (i.e., weather condition, customs examination, the volume of shipment, etc.). These are unforeseen events that go beyond our control. We are hoping for your understanding and patience regarding this matter."

Yeah, sure there are, but that is not my risk or responsibility.

Probably, this company is a scam. If there won't be any refund or any other type of solution, I can take some hours of my day to sue it.

A firm like this cannot continue to sell, not deliver, and the US does anything on it.

Lesson learned, never buy something on the internet without checking a site as Trustpilot, thanks for that, 'nways.

This is a scam company.They do not deliver the product

I ordered two months ago and nothing. They didn't even contact me to say my order wasn't shipped or why. Now I look at my tracking number today and I see it was not delivered withou any explanation or notes. I'm sure this was a scam and I was really looking forward to receive this. Don't make the same mistake, you will not receive anything and you'll lose money too.

Really enjoyed the product!

It did take a long time to deliver, but understandably I live in the UK and the delivery times from US to UK does take longer. If they can find a quicker way to get this delivered, I will change my review to a 5 Star. But nonetheless, I really enjoyed the product. Not understanding the anger about how some customers are saying there wasn't enough paint supplied, or angry that the canvas was folded. Yes mine was folded, but the type of canvas will uncrease if you place it between two heavish books for a day, easy. There is more than enough paint and even though I have been doing it in small sections over a month, I have thoroughly enjoyed painting this. It has really helped creating a calming activity for myself.

The shop was also very kind as to give me a 30% discount on my second order! I Will be buying again!

All the items shown here are available on aliexpress 80% less cost... They are simply taking money from us and purchase it on aliexpress and deliver to us... This is why shipping time is shown as 3 to 5 weeks in their website.

Getting real tired of this "business" not responding and seems like I'm not the only one. First order was great, came in 5 weeks like they say it can, and my GF loved it.

Now after the 2nd order, 6 weeks later and nothing. and I had nothing but good things to say, now I feel horrible wasting a bday present for my GF on this "company"

Until they make it right (which seems unlikely) I would be posting on every review board I find.

EDIT: I believe I jumped the gun, because our order did end up showing up. A little closer to 6/7 weeks but it still arrived and the quality still seems great. I noticed some people complaining about quality, but my GF absolutely loves them. I deleted some of the original review, because I was pretty annoyed at the time. Until I realized they DID respond to my email (it was in my spam folder). And as I said, product did show up.

Seems like a lot of people are having issues with them, and it is a very long ship time, but to my GF it's worth the wait. So don't believe all the negative reviews, I did (after I had already had a good experience with my first order, I still believes the bad reviews).

I was excited to order this picture when I saw this. Nov 19th 2018 I purchased starry night..today is March 10th 2019..still no picture. I tried making contact with service department and they gave me a tracking number..picture is in China somewhere..maybe..?? I started emailing again beginning in late February, with no luck at all. No return emails. Nothing..so I will keep trying to make contact.. and I doubt I will see any $$ returned..

This is not an exaggeration when I tell you this is a scam/fraud based company. They take your money and do not deliver the product...at all. They will say it shipped to the wrong address and blame you for it. They told me I gave them the wrong billing address and that was the problem. Well problem with that is if that happened my card would have declined the purchase. This is practiced fraud folks. Stay away. They take your money and do not deliver the item you purchased. Liars, thieves and scammers.
