Zero customer service; appalling website
Trying to sell one ticket from a PDF of multiple tickets. Website says "don't worry, we'll separate the PDF". Listing then rejected because I haven't separated the PDF!?? Tried to separate the PDF myself - listing then rejected because I used a screenshot of one page of the PDF. Noone to phone, no response to my contact form - so frustrating. It's a Ticketline scam to charge yet more fees for zero effort and zero customer service. I am not sure why Greenman and other festivals allow their reputation to be tarnished by association with this appalling company.
