It is cost effective,user friendly and energy saving for newbies like me

My partner and I brought a couple of girls towels off Grab One as a gift, when it arrived it was actually a thin sheet. Went back to ask for a refund/return and was told that it was stated that it was polyester so they would not honour a refund. They also stated it was a towel, this is false advertising. Biggest waste of time and money with no help from the company trying to get rid of poor quality stock. We now now this name and not to use again.

I feel safe and happy to work with "fantasysupply".The team are very supportive and quick in responding. I highly recommend to newbies.

The tracking is clearly detailed and at prompt time

I purchased a next gen 1080 dash cam and sadly when I received it it did not work ,I contacted the seller who asked for a video of the setting up procedure showing that the camera did not work ,which i supplied ,and I have to say they responded quickly by refunding the full cost of the camera . A big thumbs up to them for their after sales service .
Although I was disappointed with the camera I would purchase from this company again

Stay well clear. I bought a hair curler on groopie and it went through this crowd. 9152568689 no way of contacting them as email comes back as not delivered out of pocket. 6.99 postage and 24.99 on curler

Don’t ever buy from these!!! Absolute RIP OFF!! I don’t usually leave review but want to warn others!! Won’t offer a refund either!! The women who emailed me Wenie so rude and not helpful at all!! Paid 12.99 for a flamingo light not even worth £2!!! And then £6.99 postage!! Joke!

There is no way of contacting this company! they make is very difficult and can't get hold of Custer service!!! In fact No CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT USE THEM!! Their so called email address keeps coming back undeliverable!!!

Purchased a Wireless Charger which says a booklet comes with it, it doesn’t. My iPhone has been sitting on it for 2 hours and not charging.

This company is absolutely ridiculous, DO NOT USE THEM, i purchased a wifi booster which does not boost anything i was asked to provide video evidence 😂 reason they thought i was returning was because id had changed my mind puh what for a fiver refund keep the fiver you should be banned from selling products, and wear a black & white striped jumper you robbing barstools.

I bought some bluetooth ear buds through PetrolPrices/Groupon a few months ago. They stopped working after a few months. Tried to contact Fantasy by email to get a refund or replacement but have had no response at all. There is no telephone number to call and I can only email them or use their contact page on the web.

Once they have your money that's it... BUYER BEWARE... they are cheap for a very good reason!!

I bought a sports watch through Groupon a few months ago. It stopped working very soon afterwards. Contacted Fantasy to get a refund and have had no response in a couple of months. I would avoid using them again - total junk.

I saw a pillow as a present for my 2 year old's birthday, ordered it on the 14th September and was told 14 days, in that period I have emailed numerous times but now having waited 6 weeks I have requested a refund, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL NOT DELIVER YOUR PRODUCT THEY WILL FEED YOU LOTS LOF LINES AND TRACKING NUMBERS ETC ETC HOWEVER THEY WILL FAIL TO DELIVER

Glow in dark pebbles. My foot! Don’t buy them I did what instructions said. Waste of time!

Still waiting for my order or some kind of communication from the 14th April.
