I wish to check these reviews before. Absolutely disgusting customer service.
I bought a PERSONALIZED THONG for my girlfriend. I filled the space with the name I wanted and proceeded to payment. My first red flag was in the email, as it didn't mention anything about the name I chose. A few weeks later, I received this AliExpress thong with a random name on it. The customer service was absolutely useless and even passive aggressive, suggesting that I forgot to include the name. They also claimed that for hygienic reasons, they couldn't replace it. I repeatedly stated that I filled in the name, but she completely ignored me. SCAM.

I wish I could give it negative reviews. I contacted this company multiple times to make sure I would be able to get the dress in time and I have multiple emails stating that my daughter would have it for her prom but even so I still paid for expedited shipping. The dress came a week later than her prom they refuse to acknowledge anything she can’t even wear it because it’s made with cheap plastic buttons that open and never stay closed they refused to refund the money they refused to deal with anybody it was a waste of $280 and then I had to go out last second and spend couple hundred dollars on a prom dress in addition to that stay away from this company.

They take your money quickly enough, then when the product is not as described (despite the fact they have a refund/returns policy) it is like grappling with smoke trying to get a refund or a return organised. DON’T BUY FROM THIS DECEITFUL COMPANY. I am pretty sure they do not abide by trading standards.

Do not buy from these people. The quality of the clothes is awful and they refuse to refund the cost offering only a 20% refund of the total cost and you keep the goods you don’t want

I have just recieved a Christmas Sweatshirt .. I am very disappointed , it looks nothing like the quality appears on the website. It is very thin , the stitching is terrible , with threads hanging from the seam . For the price I paid I expected much better, this item will not be worn, I’d be embarrassed to do so .... would never recommend ...

I purchased ball gown it was 10 inches too long and 6-8 inches smaller than sizes stated for size 12. Refused refund as I should expect these size differences. Very upset customer.

Ordered a dress wasn’t happy with it and there response was we don’t do refunds which is against the law in uk so don’t buy from this company as if your not happy with the poor quality you won’t get your money back.

I've bought my dress with custom made size. It arrived within 3 weeks, which was pretty fast. The dress was as per picture, good quality and great value. I have upgraded the dress myself with a lace. I surely consider to use this site again and highly recommend FansFavs.

Very fast delivery, got the dress within two weeks. So my dress arrived and I tried it on, hoping it would fit. It was perfect, the custom sizing was spot on. The fabric was gorgeous and the workmanship excellent. I had many compliments on the night.

When i saw this dress, i was afraid to order it because i thought that it would look different then the pictures or that it wouldn't fit me right. It fits me perfectly and i was complimented all night. I would high recommend them and order again from FansFavs.

This dress is extremely beautiful! Just as pictured, the detail is intricate. I was a little nervous to order from another coutnry, but the customer service was impecible! The dress shipped ahead of schedule and arrived early. The sizing was perfect, but if youre in between sizes I would recommend sizing up.

I ordered a dress and paid for 3/6 days delivery. Dress arrived 9 days later. 3 days too late. Had to buy other dress. Company very difficult to communicate with over any issue. Will not use this company again.

This is a beautiful dress. It fits perfectly. I don't wear dresses because Im not comfortable in them, but this one makes me feel elegant and pretty. Thank you so much.
