I am going to give FS an excellent review even though I never received the products I ordered. That was not their fault as it was due to an inept postal service. They quickly refunded my money and were very professional. Will try them again.

A horrible company to deal and work with and they lack the customer service experience. They stopped allowing rerouting delivery of packages to UPS store, as if someone is going to take a day off to wait for the order to arrive. Then you have to go through the effort of waiting for a refund

Just a horrible company

I bought several Palio ashtrays and evey one had RUST ON THEM! I notified them about the rust and they even had me send pictures of the rust, after doing all that they sent me a return label and I had to drive 25 minutes to the post office and shipped the box of rust back to them. After they received my package back 2 days after that I got a partial refund and was shocked to see I was changed shipping to ship it back when it was clearly their fault, that rust was so visible don't know how you would send that to someone, I see it's still being sold, they will never get another dollar for me again, the first and the worst experience ever! Will never buy anything from them again!!!

How is this place still up and running by far worst pla e to get cigars i swear famous gets all the throw outs

For some reason every time I give famous a chance they let me down horribly it's like their cigars are in an unstable environment because 90% of the cigars I've gotten from them have been stale dead just that horribly old tasting neglected cigar flavor that make the cigar feel dull like it's wrapped in construction paper and you can tell by the filler of all their cigars that it's expanded and retracted as a sign of extreme variations in temp and RH, I think some people get lucky and purchase from them rite when they get the product from the manufacturer but if it's been sitting at famous and you know if they marked it down more than 20% off MSRP they've been sitting and been horribly neglected in their unstable environments with an unstable biometric pressure which is really the only thing you need to do to preserve cigars it's not rocket science!!! But I'm done with em no more chances hopefully they learn ....I've shopped from literally every online cigar vendor everyone!!(I really mean that) And I'm telling you the only two that are just as bad is JR cigars and cigars international, holts is kind of a joke but I've ordered from them once or twice so not enough to form an opinion

Great prices. Customer service by chat is useless. Why offer it if you can't do anything on it? Had two separate issues. One still outstanding on a refund, the other on a missing item and was told to just call. Get rid of the chat button altogether if you can service it.

Notified smokes were delivered-cannot track-and box is nowhere near my house!

This company and holts I swear are owned by the same people selling dried out stale cigars that are extremely rehydrate, top two worst cigar vendors online probably as a B&M I can safely assume as well judging by all their reviews minus the fake reviews they make their employees write plus I hear that famous treats their employees like crap

customer service has gone down hill so much,,no one answers phones anymore..and it can take 2 weeks to get a responce from email...and the reason i found out cust serv is no longer a pryorty at famous smokes..is most of my everyday cigars are so bad in taste,burn,build....you got to return them...even the 365's have significantly declined in quality...to make things worse....if its over 30 days they say...so sad to bad to a return....and it can take 2 just to get the order....and i never let my humador get less then half empty 50 cigars...that means if i smoke a cigar that is crap it can be sometime before i want to try another....30 days is horse chit....oh well...time to give others my biz!!!!

First and only experience was diabolical.
Box of Padrón sent with an already spent 65% 30g Boveda pack on a week long delivery so far from pristine condition when they eventually arrived.
Used Parcelforce who are renowned for being the absolute worst handling company in the UK who love to add on unnecessary extortionate fees.
Made two separate orders through Famous-Smoke a few days apart but the second one arrives first with 27% RH for who knows how long.

Dreading to see what the other one is like.
Definitely won't be ordering through them again and I do not recommend anyone else does either.

Famous Smoke Shop online website is great. And their customer service phone support is even better. They provide a HUGE variety of cigars for your cigar smoking friends who will enjoy the excellent quality that Famous Smoke delivers.

One star for pissing me off. I tried many times to order. Joke. Every time I was to pay. All typed information was lost. Had to do it multiple times. These guys are very Frustrating and Troubling to do business with. I will go to other sites. A little more money, but at least I can pay and receive my cigars. USMC Semper Fi. Enemies at the Gate, whom mess with my PTSD 1970 NAM. Jerks.
