Thank you for your review - we understand that health is a complex subject that affects all of us. I try my best - drawing cartoons or explaining the condition in depth in simple terms so the patient knows what to expect in terms of benefits ,risks and alternatives of different treatments.
We do not proceed without patient consent and I feel an informed patient makes better choices when it comes to her/his care or family's care.

Thank you for your review and we try to accommodate for your son's taste in cartoons while he waits after receiving his Allergy shot to improve his experience at the doctors visit.
I know coming to the doctor's office is a stressful time for a child but we try to give our best to make it "fun" .
