I had to deal with this company recently and they seemed like decent people. Always answered my calls, were honest, never ducked and dodged like some garages. Provided me with a courtesy car when they didn't need to. Got a good vibe off them and I'd definitely go to them in the future.

Re:Fiat 500 clutch issue: If you have problems with your Fiat , I strongly advise you take your car to a specialist Fiat Garage (Pontypridd)

Called in recently because I could not get rid of a tyre pressure warning symbol after having checked and rectified all my tyre pressures. Was told I would have to book the car in for such a small task and not offered any assistance. I had hoped that because of my long relationship as a customer (I even used to work here under previous management) someone might have helped. If Simon had been there things might have been different - I think he would have tried to help. Any future jobs on my car will be taken elsewhere.

Had an issue with emmisions/engine fault were arrived in cardiff to visit family before driving onto dover for an ovenight stay and early ferry next day. As the car failed Rac recommended this garage and they went out thier way to do the repair and get us on our way. My Greatest appreciation to you guys for your efforts in getting us mobile, THANK YOU

I had a small tricky job (needing the right tools) to replace a damaged rear seat in my car - and the garage quoted me 1 hour Labour, booked it in within 72 hours, and did the job and charged me 1 hour Labour. Fantastic service.

Had a nice Experience when taking my car in for MOT. The service was excellent with friendly staff at reception, who even threw in a coffee. :)
Car was booked in for 11am and I was back on the road within 1hr
I can highly recommend.

Rude, argumentative staff. Tried to con me. Didn't listen to what I was saying my car was doing. Fitted a part wrong and that broke within weeks and they denied responsibility. Billed me for work that I later found hadn't been done.
