First time experiencing and purchasing from this company and will never again after this. Received an item that didn’t fit as the description stated. Therefore I wanted to send it back. I’ve been told that I’m responsible for label / return parcels which was sent in the original packaging. But instead of £33.99 paid got a refund of £25. Such a cheeky way of companies taking money and ripping customers off.

Good quality clothing
The quality of the garments is still amazingly good. That is, what I find most impressive.
The delivery service has become very quick, which is also impressive.
Obviously, I have to pay taxes on the garments, since I do live in Europe, but that's okey, given the top points above.
I struggle a little with the sizes and fittings, since I am a tall woman (6'1") and buy only from the man's range.
But reading the description carefully helps.

Very poor quality mens Joggers
Item was delivered very quickly, sadly when it arrived I was very disappointed with the quality of the item,given these were not a cheap item the quality was poor,the description stated loopback material which it clearly was not.
Furthermore I had to pay for the return despite the issue with the quality, I tried in vain to find a contact for customer support.
