Poor installation and no after sale service
Complained that air was coming in from multiple windows. Had 2 follow up twice. Finally got an email telling me to take videos of a candle next to the window to see if flame flickered, it did. Sent in videos, again had to follow up because I did not receive a response. Called as well, twice.
Sent a technician that told me nothing was wrong before he actually checked. Showed him the video, he went outside and said there was nothing wrong. I asked why I could feel the cold air coming in, he said there was nothing wrong with the installation. Wrote an email explaining how disgusted I was with the so called guarantee, again had to follow up. Finally got an email telling me that if I wanted a more thorough test, I would have to pay. Found multiple complaints about installation and the time it takes for them to do anything about it. Wish I had read those before buying from these guys. Find another company.
