be careful…

This company also sells cosmetic products. I placed my order on 9th December Paid with paypal and after one week nothing arrived. I contacted the company and asked if my order had been dispatched and the answer was 'I don't know' I requested a refund. I was then asked to wait 3 more days for delivery which I did. Still nothing received. Its now 21st December A ridiculous amount of time wasted to receive a small package Letter post at most Contacted them again twice yesterday again requesting a refund and still no response. I would say tread carefully with this company They don't seem to care once they get your money
