Outstanding prices and outstanding service!
I am very satisfied with your prices. They are actually twice low than in stores. Why to pay twice more if you can get the same goods so cheap at ezzence? I will definitely buy more from ezzence!

Not smooth delivery
Because I don't know inside out about danish post system so I don't know for sure whose fault this is.
Here's how the story goes:
Order was placed on Apr.8 and has been dispatched on Apr.9th, which is pretty fast.
I filled in my office address like I normally do. However for some reason(which I don't quite understand), the package does not deliver to the address. Instead, I got a notification to pick up in the post office. A little bit irritated but fine since the post office is not far from my office. But I've been there twice and the clerk in the post office tried to look for it for over 1 hour but couldn't find it. In the end I have to leave my phone number for them to call me in case they find it.
Eventually, lucky enough they called yesterday, I finally got my order on Apr. 18th. 10 days after I placed the order.
I don't know whether whom to blame but this certainly is not the smoothest online shopping experience I ever had.
