Having returned after feeding back a poor clean I’m now left with a damaged car and my back gate left unsecured after a clean. The response when asked to review through public liability insurance has been unacceptable. The company has a shared responsibility the issue and ensure their cleaners act accordingly.

Keith is consistently first class. He has been cleaning our widows forever. We have never once experienced any issues or degradation of quality in his work and that's why we have stayed with Ezy-Clean for so many years. He's professsional, efficient and can't be faulted.

Excellent service. Always reliable and the method they use ensures windows stay clean for weeks, not just until the next shower, as with ordinary ladder and bucket jobs.
I opted for the bi-monthly arrangement and that suits me well. I also don't need to be at home when my cleaner comes.
He also does the conservatory roof for me, which I was having trouble getting cleaned and at considerable expense when I did. My regular cleaner now does it on a pre-arranged basis.
Look out for their vans in your area and ask the driver to give you the details for your home. That is how I found this company. So glad I did.

My cleaner comes highly recommended. Come rain or shine, he is here with a smile on his face and thoroughly cleans my windows, conservatory, and solar panels.

Just watched my neighbours windows being cleaned by this company. He pulled up, got all his stuff out the van, cleaned all the windows of the entire house, put all his stuff back in the car and drove off all within 6 minutes! He didn’t even touch the windows just sprayed water at them. Appalling!! Glad I don’t use this company.

Very good service, I have been using them for the last 2 years, reliable and good value. Martin always gives me 1 day notice. The windows are always 100% clean.

Good communication. Advised day of window clean in advance. Job was carried out throughly and quickly. Windows not 100% clean but thats because they ae been cleaned in a while. Will see review again after a couple more cleans.

Can really say much as the first clean but they did a good job

After several years of good service a new man on round and very unsatisfactory service, some windows as dirty after he cleaned.
We gave him 3 cleans to improve but just as bad so we are leaving Ezy-Clean.

Alex has been cleaning our windows for more than a year. The quality of his work is brilliant, he always lets us know when he’s coming and he is friendly whilst doing the clean. A great balance of good quality, efficiency and friendliness.

I had 3 window cleans. On 2 of these "cleans" they broke air vents on windows. No note left to tell me or phone call or email. I had to contact them. There is no way they didn't realize this had happened at the time of the "cleans". Then proceeded to ask me to pay for my last clean before they fixed them!! Nothing short of blackmail. I obviously said I would pay them once vents were fixed.
They arrived to fix the vents, didn't knock to let me know they were here, no pleasantries to apologize before they left, nothing. Came fixed it and left.
I'm sorry but I don't appreciate effectively paying someone to damage my property and then have attempted blackmail and complete rudeness when it's being fixed.
Do yourself a favor and hire the chuckle Brothers instead, they'd do a better job!!!!
