Excellent range and customer service
We visited various furniture stores in our area, but EZ Living Interiors have some lovely items and a nice big showroom to see the various options. We were assisted by Audrey who was very helpful and patient with us - we took 3 trips before finally deciding on a bedroom suite.

Good products and service, but be very careful with the returns policy
I recently bought a beautiful clearance table with a bench from EZ Living, and I was very happy with the product. I then purchased 5 chairs at full price. The staff were friendly, and I found the service and customer service to be good.
Unfortunately, my experience with the returns policy has completely changed my opinion of the store.
Shortly two days before and straight after receiving the chairs, I decided I wanted to return them. All 5 chairs were completely unopened, unused and still in their original packaging. Despite this, I was informed that a 20% restocking fee (€149) would be charged, plus a €49 collection fee.
Initially, I was told that the remaining €547 would be provided as a store gift card. After contacting customer service and explaining my situation, they made an exception and agreed to issue the €547 by cheque instead, which I appreciate.
However, I still feel that the cost and risk of returning furniture is very high, especially when the items are unopened and in perfect resaleable condition.
My advice to anyone buying from EZ Living is to read the terms and conditions very carefully before making a purchase. Make sure you are 100% certain about your purchase because returning furniture can be very expensive.
I had a good experience with the staff. However, because of the returns policy, I personally would NOT buy from EZ Living again. The risk is simply too high for me.

The restocking fee applies to any units being returned to offset the high labour and logistics costs of processing such items,
I’d like to clarify that such terms and conditions — including the 20% restocking fee for returns where items are unsuitable or do not fit, etc were made available at the point of purchase and are also clearly stated on your invoice.
These terms are in place to ensure transparency for both our customers and the business.
