Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience
We ordered and paid for a table, six chairs and a sofa in May 2026. Within 10 days, we received a phone call telling us we owed an additional €300 because the wrong leg type had been selected for the sofa due to an error by the sales agent. We decided to cancel the sofa order, but it then took four weeks to receive our refund.
Our table was delivered in June 2026 and was clearly warped, which we pointed out at the time of delivery. It was eventually inspected in July and, after a long wait, replaced in August.
The chairs were scheduled for delivery on 28 August 2026, with a delivery window of 9:22am–12:22pm. At 12:20pm, just two minutes before the end of the delivery window, we received a call to say the delivery would not be happening because the driver had crashed the van. We were given a new delivery date of 31 August, but the chairs did not arrive then either.
After numerous phone calls, the chairs were finally delivered on 1 September 2026.
Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience from start to finish. Mistakes with our order, delays with our refund, a faulty table, and repeated delivery problems have made the whole process extremely stressful and disappointing.
We have never experienced such poor service when purchasing furniture and would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering from EZ Living Interiors - Tallaght. Hi Andrew

Yannick in the Belgard store sold me a great bed!
Yannick in the Belgard store was amazing in the showroom getting me to lie in my natural sleeping position and walking me through what did and didn't work for me from various mattresses. He showed me how to take good notes with my photos, walked me through the lead time for ordering as well as any problems with delivery and sold me a very good warranty for the whole bed. I never felt pressured to buy anything, it was more emphasis I'm guessing the right product then getting a product today. Sam who helped me put through the final order over the phone was great and efficient and it's wonderful that if you call from a number on file you don't need to remember your order number. They can just find you. Highly recommend easy living to anyone looking to buy very nice furniture
