Excellent Customer Care
I had been shopping around for a while when I saw the Duke power slider on their website and rang ahead to see if they had it on display in Pouladuff Road which luckily they did. When I went in Rain was so helpful, giving me guidelines to ensure the couch would fit before purchasing and going through the aftercare/warranty as well as making sure I had picked the right configuration. She made the whole experience easy and stress free.

Keith was a pleasure to deal with, I bought 5 pieces of furniture from him. He was very courteous and helpful. I will be back to purchase from him again. I collected the furniture from the warehouse and could not say the same about the warehouse staff. 4 of them stood around looking at me when I called to collect the 5 pieces. They are not on the ball at all. No interest in their work at all.

Myself and my husband went to EZ living…
Myself and my husband went to EZ living today to buy a dining table. We met a lovely man called Kieth. He was so helpful. Showed us what was upstairs, then took us to the clearance section to see if we spotted anything there. We settled on a table that we had seen upstairs, but wanted the oval version. This was no problem to order. Will have to wait a bit, but worth it for the service and advice.
