Great tool, even better humans behind it

Honestly didn't expect much when I first reached out to the Eziriz team. I had an unusual situation and was fully prepared to be ignored or handed off to an AI bot. What I got instead was a real person, a real conversation that I genuinely wasn't ready for in this everythign "AI" age.

The product itself is brilliant, a proper .NET protection with multiple layers, full licensing support, and covers everything from .NET Framework all the way to .NET 10. For what other tools charge, this is an absurd amount of value.

But it's the people behind it that make it worth writing about. Small developer or large enterprise, they treat you like you matter. In 2026 that's rare enough to be worth five stars on its own.

Super happy with .NET Reactor

Super happy with .NET Reactor. Eziriz answered all my questions and worked with me through some nuanced issues (our fault, not the tools) before we purchased. Pricing is excellent, feature set is industry-leading.

Thank you ^_^

Great experience

Great experience. Very good product (.NET Reactor), support were responsive and the product is priced competitively. No complaints at all here.

Good experience

I have had good experiences with Eziriz. They did have a period where support wasn't very responsive, but now everything is fine. Support is in touch, updates are coming out for their software.

Unresponsive Support and Declining Service Quality

I've purchased licenses with updates from ezriz .net reactor twice, and everything was fine at first. However, now it seems like only idle people are working there. Occasionally, something changes on my PC, and I need to rebind the license. This has become a significant issue because I have been unable to release an update for my software for the past two weeks due to the support team being completely unresponsive! I've tried contacting them through various email addresses, but I haven't received any response at all. As a result, my software sales have declined, and now I can't even afford to pay for server rental. I do not recommend working with them—this is not how business should be conducted!

Hardware Id recalculated

The main boot HD was corrupted, we changed the HD and lost the license because .net Reactor recalculated the Hardware Id. We requested a new license and it was denied. After numerous attempts to communicate with support, with no response, we saw on a forum that any hardware change could affect the hardware ID calculation. We reinstalled the corrupt HD in the machine and solved the problem.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with other companies and people: do not do business with this company, because you will be left in the lurch when need help.

This problem helped us see that we should always research the company's reputation before purchasing. We also saw that .Net Reactor was targeted and the community developed a deobfuscator. We saw other better alternatives.

There were repeated attempts to contact you via email (tried through different email addresses), but it was unsuccessful, as all messages to you were returned with an error indicating the domain did not exist.

Further investigation revealed that your domain was temporarily suspended/on hold, which might explain the inability to receive our communications, though not the sending of emails from your end.

Despite these challenges, we attempted to reach you by phone multiple times. On the occasion we did connect, the call was abruptly terminated on your side. A voicemail was left explaining the situation in detail.

Last week, after discovering your review, we checked and found that your domain issue appears resolved. We kindly requested to remove or update your review to reflect these facts. As there is no response from you we feel it necessary to publicly clarify the situation in detail now.

Do not buy their Eziriz products, total lack of support!

I strongly advise potential clients to avoid this supplier at all costs, as they disappear after you buy the license!
We had a terrible experience with EZIRIZ. We bought their product .Net Reactor to protect our software but unfortunately the license did not work after sometime; we contacted EZIRIS support several times to somehow fix our license but until now we have no reply, it has been like a month! We ended up with a product we bought that we are not even able to use; it is like if we had the demo version of .Net Reactor! We therefore cannot protect our releases! It is a total waste of money, time and energy!

Buyer Beware - Unresponsive and Unreliable

I strongly advise potential buyers to exercise extreme caution when dealing with EZIRIZ. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare.

I purchased their software Reactor, and initially, it worked perfectly. However, when I encountered a critical issue that required their support, I found myself in a frustrating and hopeless situation. The software is tied to the hardware, and after making necessary upgrades to my machine, it suddenly stopped working.

I attempted to contact their support team multiple times through email, but to my astonishment, I received no response whatsoever. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable and unprofessional. As a paying customer, I expected timely assistance, but EZIRIZ failed to deliver.

My repeated attempts to communicate and resolve the issue have been met with complete silence. I've never experienced such a lack of accountability and customer support in my business dealings. It's evident that their customer service is virtually nonexistent.

I'm left with a non-functioning software and no recourse for assistance. The lack of support, coupled with the inability to use the software I paid for, has been a significant inconvenience and financial loss.

In summary, my experience with EZIRIZ has been one of frustration and disappointment. I strongly advise potential buyers to look elsewhere for software solutions. This provider's unresponsiveness and disregard for its customers make it an unreliable and untrustworthy choice.

Save yourself the headache and financial loss by avoiding EZIRIZ at all costs.
