Super fun frames and customization options

Got an awesome deal with the coupon code ALLACCESS. I love the range of customization for normal glasses and sunglasses. Also super easy to search for new glasses. I have a very small head, so I'm glad there was an option to sort by frame and lens width.

I tried 3 different credit cards that I use all the time and are good yet you rejected them. I took me a long time to complete this order. I hard to keep trying. Finally you accept ed my last card. I was about to give up.

I want to talk to a human!

I like to buy more than one pair at a time. There's not a way to add multiples of the same item.
I hate having to deal with a robot. They never help me, just waste my time and frustrate me.

Need more try on options

Most of the frames I was comparing today didn't have the "try on" feature, which was really frustrating. I ended up having to take my own screenshots and photoshop the options on my own picture to get an idea of how they would look.

Also, the ones that do have try on as an option only had limited lens options. For sunglasses, mirrored vs standard and all the various colors make a HUGE difference in how they look on. It would be great to have the lens colors and types swappable in the try on feature too.

I have been too many sites prior to…

I have been too many sites prior to this one to try to find prescription sunglasses and by far this was the easiest site to navigate through. You will get all my business in the future thanks for everything. Keep up the good work.
