Efficient & easy… 100% resolved!

The first thing I loved was the support portal being easily accessible from the site!! This is SO AWESOME! There are so many times it feels impossible to navigate some websites to get support… this is a MAJOR WIN for Extreme Restraints in my opinion! Then the support agent was great to work with (Wyatt) due to efficient, kind communication. My issue was handled through email, and I know that can sometimes be a difficult way to process support. There is a good system for support set up at Extreme Restraints, which is not as common as you’d think. I appreciate your help in getting this taken care of! I will definitely continue to be a customer of Extreme Restraints! Thank you!

Efficient and courteous!

When I didn’t receive my email with my tracking number I was afraid I got bamboozeled. I called the customer service number and Wyatt answered my call, was super attentive, listened, and solved my issue no problem. He was able to get my tracking number email sent to me right away and assured me that my package would arrive on time and it did! It was my first time buying from here and the products were great and fun! The service was truly fantastic and super efficient!! Will continue to purchase from this company

I have dealt with this company several times and it’s been a pleasure working with people who care about their customers,today vendors (suppliers) just don’t
Give a dam but this company has gone out of their way to make things wright in a timely manner.I have dealt with similar company and when there was a problem with your toy it was always a runaround or email reply email waiting on a answer. This is why I deal with this company only tack it from me they’re the best one ever
For you r need’s they might not be the biggest one
In this industry ,but there customers services is # 1
2nd to none! Thanks again for all your assistance in making my problem wright and allowing me and my honey a playful night.

Very helpful fixing my mistake

After making an order, I realized there was another product I wanted instead. I contacted Wyatt and because I made a mistake with my email address, he tried to get me the right info, but Because i didn't know I had given the wrong address our communication went nowhere. Jaetona stepped in and fixed everything. Very pleased with the outcome. Thank you both.

Definitely 5 Star Site and Service !

Probably the best online site for adult BDSM shopping. Great selection, intuitive website, and great customer service both before and after the sale. Extreme Restraints is unlike some other sites that show merchandise that they actually do not stock or have access to, but shows exactly what is in stock and available for shipping. Overall a great site staffed by helpful, friendly people.

Excellent

Excellent is the one word i would use to describe Extreme Restraints. The quality of their merchandise is excellent, and the product is as described. Their product always arrives earlier than promised and well-packaged. The 2 times I had an issue, the customer service dept handled the problem quickly and efficiently. My recommendation for all of your BDSM gear is Extreme Restraints.

This company is ridiculous and should…

This company is ridiculous and should be investigated. After ordering a massage table and putting in all the credentials for my debit card that I use for every purchase online they had the audacity to tell me I am required to send them a screenshot of my private banking information for further verification. After voicing my concerns they completely disregarded and refunded my money. No company has the right to tell anyone they are REQUIRED to send them their private bank information. F@&k this company I truly hope they go outta business. Anyone reading this TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! 🙏🏽

Always make it right....

I'm a long time satisfied customer. Every time I make a order the packages come in faster than then dated, and very discreet. Which I'm happy for because I have kids. The time something was defective, it was replaced very quickly. As for my return all I can say is that when I got my email I didn't know how to use my instore credit. After talking with (Wyatt) who was more then helpful, he helped me straighten out everything. Now just waiting on my new toys!!! As long as you know how to talk to people and not be a (DICK) sorry. You'll have a great experience with this company. Thanks for everything!!

I always have a good experience with this company. I had one item I returned due to my error and was given a store credit which I later used. Items are good quality and their people are always helpful.

I wish I had read the reviews before…

I wish I had read the reviews before dealing with this company. I placed an order and then needed to cancel it. Wasn't able to find a way to do it myself on their website. Sent them an email. They replied that they had cancelled my order and given me a store credit. What? I was expecting a refund. Asked for my financial info to be deleted and my account closed. No reply as of yet.

Great experiences!

I have now placed two orders. I'm in California so I get my orders super fast, love that! I did make a return and used store credit for the second order and will probably be making another return, soon. Not because of quality, just preference. I've had several emails back and forth and they come quickly and are helpful.
