Excellent Customer Service
I ordered two black Jet Tec cartridges for my Epson PX730WD which arrived within a couple of days, only for me to find that one of them was leaking inside its immediate packaging. I emailed Express Ink Cartridges to advise them and received a very quick reply telling me to bin the faulty one and that a replacement would be mailed out immediately, which it was. I don't judge a company by problems but how they deal with them when they do arise and Express Ink Cartridges came through with flying colours. This was my first order with them but will most certainly not be my last.

Right ink, Right price, Right service
The Jetec ink cartridges supplied by Express ink cartridges are excellent in my Epson printer DX8400, for all colour printing of posters and cards. Have'nt tried a quality photo print yet but see no reason why the result should be any different except I have no experience of how long the colours would stay as bright and clear. They are vastly cheaper than Epson original and seem to keep printing longer. I might try Jetec on our new Epson Photo 1500W printer when the 2 sets of Epson cartridges run out. Good value for money and quick delivery with no delivery charge!!

Speedy delivery, good value and new cartridges worked well - excellent!
First time I have used this firm and was pleasantly surprised. Price seemed good, delivery was prompt, and the new cartridge worked well on installation. Will definitely be using them again.

Good Product, good Price
Jet Tec replacement Ink Cartridges work well in my Epson printer, and produced in the UK and cost well under half the price of Epson Originals. I an therefore pleased with a supplier who delivers them promptly on ordering!
