Excellent service and polite punctual drivers
The cab driver Senegal was very friendly and courteous. He drove very safely and was reliable and punctual. The minivans were super comfy. We used the company for two rides next day and the service was impeccable.

5 star 🌟 Driver.
The driver named Jahangir as given via sms, was pristine in appearance and was extremely courteous. Bang on time to the second and his driving was completely smooth it was excellent. My husband and I felt safe and comfortable throughout our journey from Heathrow Airport to Bottlescrew hill Maidstone. Unfortunately we did not have any cash to tip him, but would like the company to know how satisfied we were.
Pre booking a waste of time
Every time we prebook a taxi so that it comes when we want it they don’t turn up. When you phone you just get told they are busy. I know they will be busy on a weekend which is exactly why I book the taxi a few days before to guarantee we won’t have to wait. Why have a booking system if you’re not going to use it. Sending taxis out to customers that have just phoned for one instead of making sure you loyal customers that have booked actually get the taxi on time is a ridiculous way to run a company. On occasions we have been left with children and an elderly lady that can’t stand for long for over an hour because they were busy even though we booked. It’s an absolute joke and we will not be booking with them anymore. We definitely do not recommend this company!

I spend with my corporate and personal in excess of £4000 a year, and when I actually need you to pick me up from Robertsbridge to take me to Marden, or albeit I do not have a card on me, but you have my history of payment Corporate payment, you refuse to pick me up and say tough nothing we can do you absolute morons. Only gave 1 star as had too. After using only Express for 16 years I will never use them again. Absolutely disgusted with the way we were treated. Refused to come and get us from the middle of Coxheath to take us 5 miles up the road to home saying it’s out of area and policy is to pay up front. So their drivers are only allowed to stay in area incase they get lost. So at 11pm when we broke down and had to abandon bike and used streamline instead who had no problem at all getting us home. Absolutely disgusting. Not everyone needs credit cards to pay you when they have the money to not need credit. Shame on you .

Ordered a taxi and it arrived and immediately drove off because I had a small chihuahua, despite the fact the journey booked was to the vets. I called the operator who was also very rude and then hung up on me! Needless to say I won't be using the company again and have deleted their app.

Two cabs pre booked
Two cabs pre booked. Both late and both took a £2 tip which I didn’t even tip. Not sure how that happens, do you need to click a no tip button or else they assume you wanna tip £2 for a 1 mile journey? Won’t be using again
Express taxis Maidstone
Absolutely disgusting behaviour by the driver that picked us up. There were three drop off points which we told the driver when he picked us up. After the second drop my nephew gave the driver £20 towards the £18 fare showing on the meter. The driver pocketed the £20 and decided to reset the meter for the last drop which was less than a minute away and less than a mile away. I questioned this and the driver said that he was only given one address in which I replied that that was wrong and should have made me aware what he was doing and why. His response was “that’s the way it is”. He then charged me another £5.40 plus the £2 which he pocketed as a tip for a journey less than a minute away totalling £7.40. I paid the driver and said I would be making a complaint. The driver did not respond. I made a complaint to express cabs requesting an explanation and a full refund. The driver lied about the situation saying he reset the meter because I didn’t give him the last address which is why he reset the meter another lie. Express cabs Maidstone office only refunded me £4.60 and still charged another 2.80 for the last part of the journey so no compensation for the complaint and no customer service apology. This driver wasn’t disciplined and is probably still taking advantage of the public. I will now forward this onto the licensing officers in Maidstone council to make them aware of this current behaviour.

I booked a taxi at 11:20 am for a 12:00 pm pick-up from the Premier Inn in Maidstone town centre. However, at 12:04 pm, the taxi had still not arrived.
When I called their “express line" from the Premier Inn, the controller informed me that the taxi was on its way but would take another 15 minutes to arrive. I was told they very busy, to which I responded that this was precisely why I had booked the taxi 40 minutes in advance. The controller simply stated that there was nothing she could do to assist further.
The taxi eventually arrived at 12:20 pm, 20 minutes late. Although the driver was polite and explained that he had only received the call to come just four minutes earlier
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service, as it caused us to be late for an important appointment

Weird taxi firm. A few of us ordered a taxi to go to Paddock Wood station. Taxi didn't arrive for ages, so we called to see what was happening. Apparently the cab turned up at the address, waited for a few minutes then left. When we asked why they didn't phone us or knock at the door, we were told it was our responsibility to watch out for the cab. Strange. Cab came back, picked us up and proceeded to take us to Paddock Wood station. The meter said somethng like £9.20, but the driver asked for £30 - apparently that was a fixed fare. Again, strange. Not sure on the legality of not showing a correct fare on the meter or not letting customers know the fixed fare price in advance, but I couldn't honestly be arsed getting into that conversation. Don't use this company

After 12am really poor
Getting to a location fine, getting home after 12 another matter. Last 2 times - 1 st time waited outside a friends house for over 1 hour, this time been 45 mins late even after calling the office. If you can't do it, then don't take the job otherwise you just make your customers angry.
Just got back, no time to even put my seat belt on, driver doing 50 in a 30 mph zone, did not feel safe the entire journey home. Rather pay more and feel safe than this "service"
