Not reliable. I got late to work because the Bus Express didn’t arrive. I had to use a regular Bus that takes much longer.

Bus was an hour and 30 minutes late picking up a group of 30 people. Company took 0 accountability for being late. Awful experience

We are a preschool in North Dublin and have hired Express Bus for our school trip every year for the past 12 years. The service is excellent. Gillian & Grace always go above & beyond to look after us. The drivers are unfailingly friendly and courteous. Their pricing is the most competitive on the market. Overall , a well priced, reliable service with great staff

Terrible service and very rude staff, never use!!! We had a security issue with them and was impossible to deal with them, after a year still we are trying to recover our money and they won't reply at all.

from the initial phone call right through to being picked up at the correct time (even though we changed the pick up point 2 hours before) the service was first class, all the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I would have no hesitation recommending Expressbus, in fact we have rebooked for this year

Taking a large group of small children on any outing can be extremely hectic. Express Bus have always made this a lot easier for us. Their Drivers have always been extremely professional, and have always made us, the children and their parents feel at ease when going on an outing.

You offer a fantastic service, and I highly recommend your company.

The staff in Express bus could not be more helpful. We needed a bus at very short notice (10 minutes) and they had one organised for us straight away. Will definitely use this company in the future.
